Ray-Ban RB2132 New Wayfarer Square Sunglasses

Authentic Ray Bans on sale and for just under $100 , what an absolute find ! I am very happy with the quality and style. They fit perfectly, and they definitely cut down the blinding sunlight in style. So nice that a case and lens cleaning cloth were included. High quality glass lenses, nice light frames, and quality you can see and feel. I will definitely be buying another pair in a different style even if they’re not on sale.

Great looking sunglasses! I'm 5"5' (165 cm.) and they fit me perfectly. The sunglasses' arms seems to give a squeaky noise when you first fold them a couple of times. It eventually went away after a week of use. The first thing I did when I got them was to check if the Ray-ban sunglasses are authentic and they are! The cardboard Ray-ban box has a little bit of crumple on the side where you open the box though. Mine has the "RB" marking on the outer side of the right lens. The marking is located around the middle right edge of the right lens. The sunglasses also have the usual Ray-ban logo on both sides of temple arms, the white logo on the upper left edge of the left lens, and the metal bar inside the arms (For the black frame, you can check it by looking at the end of the folded arms.) The leather case that came with it is also authentic (I have another Ray-ban case that was from an aviator sunglasses & it looked just like it.) It has the Ray-ban logo on the button, the cracks & feel of the leather is genuine, and the gold stamp has the smaller letters, the stars, and the registered trademark symbol thinly written on it (A fake stamp has bold/thick lines.) For some reason, the picture of the leather case for the Black Frame/Green G-15XLT Lens sunglasses that Amazon used is fake. So you can use that picture to compare the fake case from the real case. Overall these are great sunglasses that are classy, stylish and it comes with a great price! I highly recommend buying them!

First, the packaging: These Ray-Bans are exactly as advertised. They came in a Ray-Ban box with the case, cleaning cloth with Ray-Ban logo, and product info sheet packaged as expected. The cloth and info sheet were together in a sealed plastic bag tucked inside the glasses and there was a plastic sleeve on one earpiece to keep the earpieces from scratching each other. I made sure the order was fulfilled by Amazon instead of a third party after seeing complaints from others. Fit and Construction: I am male with a rather smallish face. Whereas the Original Wayfarers looked goofy and oversized for me when I tried them on in a store, the New Wayfarer design is smaller and fits my face perfectly. Still the classic iconic style, but made to fit smaller faces. I got the 52mm version and they fit great. Good solid construction. They have good weight to them for being plastic, which makes them feel like the premium product they are. This is my 3rd pair of Ray-Bans and won't be my last. Especially at the great price from Amazon. I've had my two other pairs (different styles) for 7 and 8 years, and I still wear each of them all the time. In conclusion, what are you waiting for? Just buy these already!

I bought these sunglasses after my last pair of Ray-Bans literally broke in half. I picked the plastic frame in hopes of avoiding that this time around, and I've gotten in the habit of using the case religiously. These glasses are perfect! I had to take them to my eye doctor and get them fitted to my (small) face, but now they fit like a dream. I get compliments all the time, even months after I purchased the pair. My only complaints are that they aren't polarized (which was my fault, because I saw the cheap price and didn't really read the description). But coming from Arizona, I'm used to only purchasing polarized sunglasses. I keep thinking that I'll invest in that for my next pair, but this pair hasn't even come close to breaking yet, and I've dropped them more than once. XD My other complaint is the case they came in. It's made of this fancy leather, but the button to clasp it shut is so tight that every time you open it, the leather rips just a little. After six months with these glasses, the leather has a little hole where the button *used* to be. It still protects the glasses, which is the main point of a case, but I was sorely disappointed that it held together so poorly. Either way, those are minor details at best. These glasses are stylish and classic, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new pair!

I've always wanted wayfarers but the original style was too big for me, and the angle was awkward on the face; every time I would smile my cheeks would push up the glasses. But the new wayfarers are slimmer, and by extension, eliminate that problem. At the same time making them narrowing vertically, also make them sleeker and more timeless in my opinion. The new wayfarers still have the iconic look of the old ones. They are solidly built and feel sturdy and of sufficiently high quality. I did not purchase the polarized lenses, but the regular green (G15) are plastic and very clear, the tint is not too strong, lets just the right amount of light in, without being too harsh or too dark. The eyes are not visible form outside, unless there's a bright light shining on to your face from the front. The curved arms are curved perfectly to fit the shape of the head, making these one of the most comfortable shades i have ever worn. They come with a black Luxxotica semi-hard case with gold emblem emboss, while the classic wayfarers come with a brown/tan case with black emboss. A couple of issues arose though; When I first got a pair bought directly from amazon (not a third party), it seemed lighter and less substantial than the classic wayfarers I compared it to, both in terms of the plastic lens, and the body, which creaked a little. I read reviews on amazon which said that some people got counterfeit glasses, i figured that was the case with mine as well, and it became more and more obvious. However the second pair i got from amazon, was the exact same, so i took it to sunglass hut and macy's to compare to genuine ones and even ask the salesperson for their opinion. My conclusion was that, I came away about 98% sure that the one's from amazon are genuine and not counterfeit, both salespersons at sunglass hut and macy's assured me that mine were genuine, and they seemed identical in every way to the one's on display (which also creaked and had plastic lenses), except for some minor variations which were seen between the display models and mine both. So I'm going to chalk this down to two things; 1. Due to increased demand worldwide the quality control and standards at Luxxotica in Milan, have started to move to a sliding scale to accommodate. 2. Minor variations in the spec, and process depending on the subcontractors who assemble, manufacture parts, and provide raw materials. At the end of the day, i'm going to give amazon the benefit of the 2% doubt. I trust them. Besides, at $80 ($50 off list price), even if these are really really excellent knockoffs then the price is worth it in my opinion.

These glasses have been my favorite glasses for the past month that I have had them. The fit and finish are great and I have been wearing them every day. I actually look forward to sunny days just so I can wear them! FIT/SIZE = 5/5 First of all, I have read all the reviews on this site and I decided to get the 55 mm size. I heard most people say that it runs a little small so I decided with the 55 mm. I am happy that I went with this size in the end! First of all, to compare my size, I wear 59 mm in the RB3477 and I have a cap size of 7 3/8. Not sure if that is really that helpful, but hopefully it might be able to give you a general comparison. As for the overall fit, it is great! I tend to play sports a lot and I used to wear Oakleys. However, these sunglasses have been a great replacement. They stay on pretty well when I run and jump. They fit very snugly on the ears and nose and they barely slide down. FINISH/QUALITY CONTROL = 4.5/5 I did have to return the glasses for a replacement 2 times (both times, there was a scratch on the left side of the temple), but Amazon replaced them without any hassle. However, I was irritated I had to deal with two damaged products before I could get a clean pair. STYLE = 5/5 Wayfarers have been around for numerous years, since the days of JFK. It has been a standard for fashion and trend. It looks great on men and women. These are great sunglasses for various face types and fashion styles. Overall, these glasses will appeal to many people. PRICE = 4.5/5 In terms of price, it is great as long as you get a good deal. It's not worth it for a price of $100+, but for LESS than $80, I would say it's worth it. Also, I didn't have any problems with getting any fake ones from Amazon, so as long as you get the glass from strictly AMAZON, you shouldn't have any problems with getting fakes.

Always ALWAYS wanted a pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers. Finally went for it and glad I did! Did a lots (LOTS) of research. Went to store to try on and I'm glad I did. They come in different widths so you really need to check them out. And they now have sooo many styles I wanted to be sure I was getting what I wanted. Tried the online try on app first. That was pretty cool but told nothing about how they felt on my face. Trying on in the store was best. Thought I wanted Original Classic Wayfarers with the iconic "pantoscopic tilt" or slant. But after trying them on decided against that. The new Wayfarers fit PERFECT! Now I can get my "Blues Brother", "Men In Black" vibe on. Already got my black suit, black tie and black fedora! Hahahahaha! BTW--also used "Try Before You Buy" just to be certain. Absolutely LOVE TBUB!

Cela va bientôt faire 9 ans que j'ai cette paire de lunette et franchement, rien à dire vraiment au top ! C'est la que l'on voit bien la qualité de la marque !! Rien à bouger, tomber pas mal de fois, les vis ne ce sont jamais dévissée en 9 ans ! Je me suis même assis dessus plusieurs fois, la branche s'est tordu, remis en place à la main et toujours aussi solide ! Je ne suis pas déçu et je recommande !

100% guniue and made in Italy. Little quircky sound while opening the frame but as the product is good, everything else is trivial.
