MACPro Palette Large/Duo (case)

I love the sleekness of the palette. The double side with plastic cover is great to separate and preserve your makeup. I was worried it was going to be too big but it’s a great size (4.5x7 inches). You need to purchase magnetic sheets and metal stickers.

Thanks to the previous reviewer I bought mine directly from MAC, $8 plus tax with free shipping. This is a sturdy plastic box to keep stuff in. Two compartments separated by a hinged acrylic lid. No magnets, no stickey surface, just a box so if you don't want to use the inserts from MAC, things will tend to dump out of it when you open it up.I also got a Z Palette from Amazon, which is just a thick cardboard box with a magnetic sheet in the bottom that will probably lose its magnetism after a couple years. Pretty pricey for what you get!I am planning to experiment with magnetic sheet or double stick tape dots on the MAC box to keep things in place and probably won't carry it around too much. I think it will work well for my main purpose which is to consolidate my makeup into a smaller space.
