Secrets of the Light: Lessons from Heaven Kindle Edition

I have read all of his books and anticipate the upcoming one will be amazing. I recently saw him on a podcast and he is so inspiring. He spoke at a conference I attended years ago. After he spoke, he went around hugging everyone. He said, "Hug everyone while you can. Because you won't be able to do this on the other side."

A wonderful & enlightening book about the "hereafter" & how to live our lives in God's path. God bless you, Dannion!

I read a lot of spiritual books and I loved knowing this guy's story. But this book is kind of a repeat of his first one and so much of it seemed to be hard-to-follow, abstract, and overly wordy. Plus, it seems he can't stop talking about all the great things he does in the world today.

I have read all of his books and loved them all. His books have helped me handle death in a different way. I have given a few copies to family and friends to help them adjust with the passing of loved ones.

Wow again amazing words. I have so many questions. One thing was you said you saw other beings from other dimensions!!Please explain in detail what were they? I read so many books on these alien abductions etc.And what are your thoughts on Jesus? Also you say we judge ourselves and no retribution for ones evil deeds….so Hitler and those like him will just judge there self?I am excited about trying the exercises in your book.I look forward to reading more….

Secrets of the Light is an account of how Dannion encountered aspects of the afterlife that are problematic. Spirits that were or are floating in a realm in which they seem to have lost their way. He seems to have concluded that these spirits have refused to accept heaven as a little child and end up wandering wherein a blue gray place waiting for the sun to shine on them once more.Dannion does not I feel give a clear answer to the ultimate fate of these souls which may simply mean that he does know what it is. One must hope that they are sooner or later released from their state, and Dannion writes for the most part in an optimistic way about the future of all of us in relation to the afterlife. As Dannion seems to have regular Communication with the 'Beings of Light' I would have welcomed more discussion as to what he could get from them as to the fate of these lost spirits. He writes for the most part in a very optimistic manner about the ultimate destiny of consciousness and one must assume he believes that the lost spirits are in a conditionthat is ultimately only temporary.

Enjoyed every chapter especially with his involvement with Hospice. We are so involved with our own lives on a daily basis until we are faced with a loss of a spouse. Thank you for sharing your story and the added insight from the other side of the veil.

If the Secrets Of The Light are important, as Brinkly says, then why is the book all about him and so little about the Secrets Of the Light? Honestly, I only read half the book, then gave up and moved on to another book and another author. After listening to Brinkley on C2C radio I got this book on the promise that it is the best book of all of his, with no need to read the previous ones. Supposedly it's all in this book. I was hoping to read about what he'd learned during his visits to the afterlife. Instead I'm reading all about him and his personal experiences. That's wonderful, I'm not unhappy with that part, however, so far I've not read anything regarding the Secrets Of The Light except tidbits that don't tell much at all. And the book, according to the title and promotions, is supposed to be about the Secrets Of The Light. Maybe if I go back to it and stick with it he'll start offering what he claims he was taught and is so very important to read about. I was sincerely trusting this loving individual and what he'd promised in this book when I'd listened to him on the radio. I wish I didn't have to write a negative review, as he and his wife do so much for our veterans. I feel like I should've donated the amount of the book to that purpose instead. Sorry.

I totally cherish this book! Dannion's perspective closely overlaps my experience and he has clarified things for me. His loving approach to all he does comes through. His full chapter on the blue-grey realm answered so many question I didn't know I had. This book will bring tears of compassion for people while informing you the complexity of death on this side and the next.

It reads like new age stuff, definitely do not recommend to Christians at all. he never once mentioned God as Father, nor even mentioned Jesus Christ, also says we save ourselves, that there is no hell, also says born in sin is a fallacy that it was made up, that everyone goes to heaven but in different spheres depending on your way of life.He calls them beings, on the other side? Sorry I just couldn't finish it. It doesn't match Bible prophecy at all!
