This lock is simply amazing. It’s easy to set up and use. No keys and very difficult to breach or break. easy reset of combinations. It’s sturdy and it’s the real original thing having used one previously bought from the US. No need to remember complicated numbers or letters of the alphabet. It’s just a mixture of four different cardinal directions. Great buy if you are looking for a tough keyless lock. Will fit most doors and latches in the Indian context

Great product. The quality I recieved was different from that available in the US (US bought lock was heavier and more sturdy). This also gets stuck in between.

Seller has refused to replace defective lock, and has not offered a refund for Rs 2782 I paid for their useless lock.This must be the worst company in India to purchase a lock from. Absolutely no concept of customer service, or politeness in dealing with a simple request for a refund.Their attitude borders on criminal negligence.
