Does work!
It takes a while for you and your dog to get used to and your dog will always try and take it off however my dog has gone from terrible pulling habits to relaxed and walking by my side in a month. My only negative is that the leash it comes with is pretty rubbish, I would recommend a shorter lighter leash if your walking a small dog otherwise it gets all tangled.

Works really well
Worked instantly but be prepared for some initial resistance. Fit and walk immediately then my dog settled. I would recommend this product.

Depends on the dog
Although it didn’t work for my dog because he’s to fussy and pulled it off himself. I believe it’s a good product if it suits your dog.

Patience required, but a useful addition to dog-training devices
For several years, I have used the Canny Collar Canny Collar Size 4 on my two dogs - one is a Border Collie, the other a Lakeland Terrier / Jack Russell cross. I've found it quite effective in restraining both dogs from the worst excesses of their pulling propensity, however, both dislike the collar, and try to paw it from their muzzles, for at least the first fifteen minutes of every walk. They do get used to it, and settle down after a while, but they still pull until they settle in. It can be stressful for them, and me as the walker. Also, I've have encountered an issue with the Canny Collar in that unless you tie it really tightly, they can wriggle out of it. This Pet Safe Easy Walk headcollar works on a similar principle, insofar as it involves putting a loop around the dog's muzzle, but the key difference is that, by attaching the lead to the clip located on the underside of the loop under the dog's lower jaw, it gives you more control over the dog's direction, and encourages the dog to walk by your side, as opposed to pulling forward all the time. I've only tried it two times on my Border Collie thus far, and it has made a difference. The Canny Collie did not prevent the dog from jumping up to greet people (he is very overly enthusiastic in this regard). The loop that goes around the dog's snout is slightly padded, making it a softer grip, and my dog has felt less inclined to try to paw the loop off his face. So far, so good, there fore, but as with all of these dog taming devices, I think that patience and a willingness to stick with it will bring rewards.

Didn't work out for us, our Labrador still pulls anyway
The idea seems reasonable - make pulling cause them a problem so they don't. However, it does seem to depend on the temperament of the dog. Most seem to rather dislike being in a headcollar, for a start - our Labrador is much less happy to be put in this than his normal collar. Aside from that, he seems to try to get himself tangled up in it so it pulls his head down instead of the to side. He pulls anyway, and back on a normal collar still pulls. In a way he seems to be best behaved when not on a lead - less likely to try to run ahead when he needs to keep checking we're still following, so perhaps for many dogs that are nervous it's not what's needed and makes them feel more vulnerable. Construction-wise, it feels pretty well made, so if you've got a more confident dog that's pulling this might be worth a try.

Nice quality but I prefer a normal collar
I’m entirely sure this will work for someone, but I’ve used both a regular collar and a chest harness on dogs for about the last fifteen years and I really prefer those, especially as a regular collar can usually be left attached to the dog so you have something to quickly attach a lead to at any point. Fitting is not overly difficult, though the labrador didn’t entirely enjoy it and thus kept moving a lot, and it must be said it doesn’t not instantly stop pulling: you still need to work at it. In light of that I’m happy to keep on with a regular collar as while it does work I remain happier with the alternatives.
