I feel a noticeable improvement in cognition, energy, and stamina for 8 hours or so after taking. These are probably beneficial for people with dementia as well.

I don't know what's in this stuff, but it really has an effect on my energy levels. I'm 46 and I've just been exhausted lately. Maybe stress? I don't know, but I only take one in the morning and it's made a huge difference. But sadly it's not in stock anymore.

I won't order these again.1-I can't take them on an empty stomach like the directions say. GI problems after swallowing and about an hour later.2-They taste salty. I've taken a lot of capsules in my life and never had this taste before.3-Online description says they are calcium AKG. That's not what the bottle says. There is no mention of calcium on the bottle just AKG.

I've heard a lot of good things about Alpha-Ketoglutarate. I like that this product doesn't have a bunch of other things in it.
