Wow anyone wanting to buy a trampoline would be mad not to use this company Stack 'm High. I had a small issue when building the trampoline and I contacted them Sunday evening. Monday I recieved an email and two telephone calls as I missed the first. The issue was sorted by a very helpful and apologetic Scott and the trampoline was built. Thanks Scott. It took time to put up but then if it was a quick process I would have been worred as the item needs to be strong and obviously safe. However my other half who openly admits he is a DIY avoider said he was impressed with the instructions and the ease of build! My granddaughter loved the upgrade from a four foot one and so did her mother when she has a go. I generally leave one sentence on reviews but felt the need to be a little more in depth. So if you are thinking of buying a trampoline then this is the company to buy from. One last thing I am an avid believer in you get what you pay for and had this not been on amazon I would not of given it a second glance as in all honesty the price seemed a little too good to be true when comparing with similar items. Reasonably priced sturdy good quality and a customer service team who are second to non.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. We got the 12x15 (large), mainly because they quickly sold out of the small and medium sizes. We purchased at the start of the Covid19 home isolation period to make the garden a better solution for the kids and us to exercise. It is well worth the difference in price (small compared to large), and I am genuinely blown away at the value. It is daunting in its scale when going through the assembly process. Its huuuge. Now that it is all assembled, I am really glad we got the big one. It takes a lot of space, but is super springy and lots of room to have fun. We all love it. Assembly takes a good chunk of a day, and some portions of the process are definitely meant for two people. Instructions are great, and the numerous steel poles (and all the other parts) are clearly labelled, making it less confusing to get it all together. Not all of the base steel poles are screwed together, so there is a lot of bits separating until they go under tension of the springs and mat. Lots of comical running about pulling this bit together only to have the other bit separate. This is only a mild inconvenience during assembly - once it is fully assembled, it is quite solid. The safety net attaches to the end of the mat, keeping fingers and toes safely away from the springs. Great design. Lacing the safety net to the mat is time consuming, and definitely adds to the overall assembly time (especially on the large size). Worth spending the time and getting it right. Very happy with this purchase - years of bouncy fun ahead for the whole family on this well engineered trampoline.

Defo 2 person assembly, even my husband that can manage most things needed my help. There is quite a lot of pushing and shoving but it is built well and my boys love it. Amazon/yodel tracking service was horrendous but got in contact with Zero Gravity independently and they were brilliant! Great item and looks a lot bigger in real life than on the pics, don’t be fooled by the pics my garden is huge!

Easy to assemble, start with box 5 of 5 to get the instructions. Build takes around 2.5 hours to fully complete. Hardest bit is the netting which you don't have to put up. Not 10ft by 15ft, in a rectangle, only dead center. Then the shape pinches off, size includes the frame edge and not the mat size just as a heads up. Bouncy enough, but have had trampolines for less that sent me higher. This would be ideal for kids, and adults as a first trampoline. Mat edging is thin but the netting if you use it stops you from walking on it. All in all a good product especially for the price. Ignore people moaning about complicated setups, the instructions are clear and all the parts are labeled. Tools are included.

This is a really good trampoline, thoughtfully engineered and good quality materials for the price bracket. Also, excellent customer service. Only 3 out of 5 boxes arrived initially and the vendor (Stack M High) were all over getting it sorted - thanks Holly! 😊

I have 3 sons and have had a few trampolines over the years, I purchased this one for my youngest's 9th Birthday. I wanted something sturdy that would last more or less until he outgrown it - and I'm fairly certain it will! I was initially quite overwhelmed as it seemed to have so many individual pieces and the only person I could rope in to help me assemble it was my eldest son (15) but thankfully, the instructions that came along with it actually made it really easy! It did take me around 3 or 4 hours but I essentially put it up on my own and I'm a fairly small! Though I did manage to keep my son long enough to help pull the springs and attach the net! But I would have without a doubt ended up paying for someone to assemble it had it jot been for the instructions! So that saved me a fair bit of money! The sellers were fantastic, and I revieved the trampoline really quickly, then a short while afterwards I was sent 2 pairs of non slip zero gravity socks! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for something that will last and is easy to assemble!

Bought this as our old round trampoline broke and decided to go for a rectangular shaped one as the bounce is supposed to be much higher. Well this one is an unusual barrel shape and is described as an affordable but stronger alternative to a traditional rectangular trampoline. Of course it was a pain to put together as all trampolines are (this is the 5th one we have had now so have had a bit of experience!) but of all the trampolines we have had I found this one the most straightforward and least frustrating to put together. Note to the manufacturer though- the instructions seem to be missing parts ie. which bolts/screws to use for certain parts...luckily I was able to work it out but it would have saved time if it were in the instructions. Also my advice would be to ignore the manufacturers instructions on how to put the springs on as it cannot be done that way, the tension is too great and the springs simply wont reach (unless you happen to be The Incredible Hulk!)-best way is to attach the four corners (as per the instructions) and then work your way along the sides from corners, alternating sides/ends every few springs-this way each spring pulls the next loop close enough to attach (the instructions way is impossible and I think it risks over stretching and damaging the springs). Anyway, the thing is now up! I will be honest I was unsure about purchasing this as there were no reviews and I couldn't find anything on google about barrel shaped trampolines...but since my kids love bouncing so much (and such good exercise too!) I decided to risk it-I have to say, so far I'm glad I did- the bounce is so much better than a round trampoline-this is the 10 X15ft one btw- and so much more economical on space than our old round 14ft one. Our garden isn't huge so that is kind of important. Another plus point is that the frame seems much more robust and there is a big supporting brace leg in the middle giving extra strength. Also I found a lot of round trampolines, the legs are quite mobile and can start turning under the thing, this does not do that as it seems more sturdy and heavy. Obviously I cannot say how it will wear and tear over time but overall we are very happy with it, great fun and would recommend!

Excellent! Very strong and made very well! The design is brilliant and easy enough to build for how complex it is, plus everything you need is provided, no need for any extra tools, made it be myself with help for only 10 minutes (top net bars) Highly recommend this product

Kids zijn er super blij mee! In elkaar zetten is wel ff een klus, goed de handleiding volgen! En met de grondankers heeft ie zelfs de laatste storm overleefd, dus dat is fantastisch! Hier gaan we nog jaren plezier van hebben

Wir haben Trampolin seit 2 Jahren. Absolut top in allen Hinsichten! Platzsparend im Vergleich zu den runden Trampolins. Es wird jeden Tag benutzt und ist ein Hingucker für alle Kinder und Erwachsene. Top Qualität, top Genuß.

Super Beschreibung, alle Teile gut vorsortiert und angeschrieben. Es müssen zu 2. mindestens 4 Stunden für den Aufbau eingerechnet werden. Sehr robust, sehr sicher mit dem innen fixierten Netz und gute Sprungkraft. Preis Leistung für 10 auf 15 Fuß Trampolin echt top. Lieferung schnell, aber in mehreren Teilpaketen und auf 2 Tage aufgeteilt. Wenn man es weiß kein Problem 😉
