Hobie cat sailing Paperback – January 1, 1982

Nice book if you want a history of Hobie. Terrible if you just got a Hobie and wanted something that has anything to do with changes to the basic boat in the past 40 years. Things like Comp tip mast, rigging changes, etc. I guess the act of sailing hasn't changed much and the history of Hobie is interesting so 2 stars instead of 1.

Although is an old book, this book's content are great for people introducing in hobie cat sailing among their family

Very informative book, has great detail on setting up the boat. I had issues with my rudders, followed the steps outlined in the book and they were resolved. It is an easy read, but also useful as a reference book. glad I bought it, wish I had gotten it a couple of years ago....

It's good to read but I wanted more detailed explanation on techniques teaching me to sail better. I don't find what I am looking for. It is more for general reading than a book to help you improve your skill.
