So I had a bit of a difficult time clipping it together ,but got there in the end . Only used hot water in it , not too hot . Cleaned the floor well, getting under the fridge and cooker easily . The reason I bought this was because I have a very poorly back and cant lift heavy bucket around . It was recommended by a friend and I am so glad he did ! I am very happy with it ! My only complaint was as I pulled off the cleaning pad I got badly cut by the sharp grippers that hold the cleaning pad on . Please beware of this everybody before you do the same thing .....VERY SHARP ! Apart from this I am very happy with it !

This is my second one of these and overall a good mop,well made and quite strong.Also a nice big mop head so takes less time to clean.Must remember to use clean water without detergent now and then to clean spray valve.Wouldn’t be without it.

I like this mop as it's just ready to use all the time and I now mop every day instead of once or twice a week. It doesnt over wet the floor. It's quite sturdy and easy to push about. The only problem I have found is that if you use the spray too much the trigger kind of goes floppy, at first I thought great I am gonna have to send it back bit then after a minute or two it righted itself. I have since learnt not to continuously spray that way the trigger action is fine. All in all for 14 pound its blummin fab

This felt nice and strong when first use but although I can still use it however I am unable to get any water out of the spray bottle somewhere along the line the hole that allows you to squirt the water out, has become blocked even though I've tried to unblock it that part of the mop has now become useless. I've only had it for months too

This little hard floor cleaner is simple and works very well. It is sturdy, but I cracked the lid to the bottle - my fault - and contacted the supplier who posted me a replacement free of charge, so I can add very good service to this review.
