Nature's Path Organic Heritage Crunch Cereal, 14 oz (Pack of 1), Non-GMO

This is the absolute best cold cereal I have ever eaten in my whole life. It’s delicious, it’s crunchy just the right amount as is the sweetness not too much not too little. It’s almost addicting and I do eat it as a dry snack too. Wonderful value for money and it’s dense nutrition which is palpable in the heft of the box. Nothing airy or fairy about this cereal. Heritage Farma definitely earned their Stars and Stripes. If my children were still little and at home this would definitely be on the menu. Healthy organic cereal and priced the same as Walmart. Not too sweet but tastes really good. I add walnut pieces and bananas or berries.

I tried to stop eating cereal for breakfast, since most of it is junk. But then I found these Heritage Flakes made with ancient grains, and I can enjoy breakfast again, guilt-free. It's super crunchy (doesn't get soggy), tastes sort of malty, and fills me up. My system digests it well. It's not full of sugar, but I do like to drizzle a little raw honey or allulose over it.

Good value for the money we will buy it again.- Sugar added is not a good source of healthy meals or in cereals. We are avoiding sugar and bad cholesterol and engineering products👈We’ve ordered this cereal after looking online for good nutritious snacks cereals with good ingredients. Our order came on time and in good shape even thought the manufacturers box is been smashed- the cereal is is tasty- with very low amount of sugar described in the box. For people with braces like me should let the cereal soak in milk for a few minutes.Good thing that the rest of our order is in good shape. 🤓

This Natures Path cereal is one of my top two favorites.A nice flavor with a mix of lightly toasted nuts and grains with up front notes of toasted barley and quinoa.No fruit (picture on cover shows blueberries).Has a very slight balanced sweetness - just the right amount but not too much (5g for Natures Path vs. 15g to 25g for some other popular brands).Crunchy and keeps its texture in milk - doesn't get soggy while eating.BTW: I did some of my own tasting to find healthy and nice tasting cereals for breakfast. I characterize a lot of brands as tasting like processed cardboard to the equivalent of crunchy cake icing. Most of the sugary cereals have no real taste except like a processed grain carrier for sugar.
