Beautiful lamps and great customer service
I purchased two of these lamps for my newly remodeled hallway, they add just the touch of class that I wanted to achieve.Their customer service is great. One of the lamps I purchased was missing a part, I spoke with Matt their customer service rep., he was extremely pleasant, patient and very helpful, He listened and was able to very quickly solve my problem. Wife loves the style
Mounting plate for sconces only has slots for a 3- and 1/2-inch octagon electrical box. Plate will not mount to a 2" by 3" box. Also, mounting box needs to be flush with sheetrock surface or sconces will be 1/8" away from wall and fit sloppy. Mounting plate is not really designed for retrofitting existing boxes, better for new construction.
