Arrived damaged and not eligible for return…what?
The media could not be loaded. Arrived with on segment totally broken up and mixed with everything else. I haven’t even opened it. I want to return it or have a replacement but apparently I’m not able to… like what?

Great for beginners!
I’m new to the contour game and did a lot of research before choosing this kit. I’m glad I did!As a beginner, this set has been great. It has two contour shades, two highlighters, and a neutral powder. They’ll all super pigmented and easy to use and the price for this was unbeatable.Bonus: I like the tin case better than some of the other Profusion sets that are in paper packaging.
