It is not easy to find gluten free pasta that has a nice taste and texture. While there is a slight corn taste, it cooks well and holds its shape nicely. It is delicious in soup and is a very welcome addition to my gluten free pantry. I also prefer buying a European brand, as the ingredients are more natural than other brands.

This pasta was recommended on a gluten free recipe website. I purchased from Amazon, and I am so happy to have found this pasta substitute for wheat pasta. It’s delicious, the texture is perfect, and has made my pasta fagioli outstanding. You will be a happy celiac!!!

My favorite gluten free pasta! Tastes and cooks most like traditional pasta

I love this tiny pasta. It’s perfect for macaroni salad. I’m celiac and have not found a pasta that would hold up to all of the mixing until this one. It doesn’t fall apart and tastes great cold. The texture is perfect.
