G-Shock GBD800UC-5 Brown One Size

I was looking for an inexpensive daily watch that wouldn’t break my heart if I got it scratched or marked and this truly delivers. If you’re cross-shopping this (GBD800UC-5) and GBA800UC-5A/GA700UC-5A be aware that they are a different hue. To my eyes, this one (GBD800UC-5) is a better looking color; a slightly warmer tan color and doesn’t look plasticky at all. The Bluetooth synch for setup is great – I must admit I don’t use the step count function so can’t speak to how good (or bad) it is. As others have mentioned, the black screen contrast doesn’t make it the easiest to read in certain lighting conditions but personally I haven’t found it to be a huge deal. The watch is very light, comfortable and I quite often forget I’m wearing it. If you’re on the fence about getting this, go see one as it’s much better looking in person than pictures convey.

Lasted my husband a couple years. Would’ve more but he works with pipes and in the ground and he was really rough on it. He said it was his favorite watch. Got a new one for Christmas. Easy to use and tracked steps and I believe heart rate.

Great g-shock. Love that it counts your steps and syncs with the app on your phone. Lots of functions I use the alarms and timers all the time. Great display with excellent lightning. The desert tan brown color is perfect and goes with everything. Definitely get a lot of bang for your buck with this watch. It’s a G-shock so you know it’s tough and it will last a long time. This is my second G-shock step counter because I wanted to change colors! Great deal.

Fit & Finish are quite good. - Does appear to be Brand New with No signs of Wear. Its just a bit concerning that the unit I received already had Step-Count and Lap / Split Time records. - All Buttons, Features and Functions are working properly. - It's not as bulky nor obtrusive as I was expecting and fits comfortably on my 7.87 Inch (20 cm) wrist - Very, Very Lightweight. Other than the strap touching your skin, it doesn't feel like you're wearing a watch. - Connectivity & Synchronization with the (Casio Watches) App are Stable & Consistent. - Legibility is pretty good in Most Bright and Well-Lit Conditions and the font appears to have a similar color to the watch but it sometimes gets obstructed due to the highly reflective Crystal. - The Backlight has adequate brightness and is easy on the eyes at night. - Generous Discount and Fast Shipping are Very Much Appreciated. 👍

This watch is great. I have 11 G Shocks and right away this watch became one of my favorites. It looks very cool, and I have already received two compliments on it. All of my G Shocks are tough, and this watch is no exception. I have already hit it and scraped it against things, and there isn't a mark on it and it runs great. Christine Jewelers is a great seller also. I highly recommend this watch and this seller.
