Great cardio workout and easy on the knees! Great for someone who loves to dance!
I love these jumpers! I did and taught aerobics many years ago and now that Iām in my 50ās my knees bother me to do any kind of jumping or running exercise, even on a treadmill. I got by with using the elliptical machine but really missed the fun of floor exercises because I love to dance. These jumpers have brought the fun back into my life! They are super simple to get used to and it is almost impossible to fall with them on. I found that you have to keep moving while wearing them because itās difficult to stand still. They are are a great way to get your cardio workouts in and they are easy on the knees. My quads get a workout and my legs get sore after a while, but my knees are just fine! Iām so glad I came across the video that demonstrated these, I didnāt even know they existed! š

Kango Shoes that are not the standard of almost new, hardly used.
I bought these kangoo shoes knowing its just dirty on the bottom of the sole but we had to put it together ourselves and it came apart aleady a few times and since day 1 one of the buckles keep falling off. It is not safe to jump if it is not closed well.
