I haven’t had a chance to actually make my seat cushion yet but I like the feel!

This FoamRush 2" x 18" x 20" Upholstery Foam came in a compressed package with the foam itself folded into 1/4 inside. After I took the foam out, it started to bounce back. I left on the counter for like an hour, the foam restored to its normal shape. I used my tape measure and double checked the dimensions, they are good, match 2"x18"x20".I need to fill my 2"x16"x20" cushion cover. I used my kitchen scissors to do the cutting. The foam feels easy to cut when handling. Within 5 mins, I am done and I am happy with the result.The reason I decided to rate 4 stars is I feel this foam is not firm enough for me(for the weight reference, I am about 130lb). When I sit on the cushion, I can feel the foam is compressed down and it doesn't really bounce back to provide that solid support I am hoping for. When I finish using the cushion and leave the seat, then the foam will bounce back and the cushion will restore its shape.Overall, I think this foam is okay and if it can be a little firmer, that would be nice.

I bought this to add to the seat of my office chair, while I battle severe muscle weakness. I needed the extra height to make it easier to get up. I searched a lot on Amazon, and chose this one (six inches high). It fits my chair perfectly, it's firm, and more importantly, it does exactly what I wanted it to. Now rising is not such a struggle.I may have to buy a second one for another chair.

Shipped land packaged properly, the foam itself was cut to spec and has superior density properties , meaning you can sit for hours , extreme comfort !

The packaging was wrapped so tightly, I had to lay it out several days for the foam to lay flat because it was balled up. One foam was actually the correct size, 1 inch. When I measured the second foam, it was .5 inches AND discolored. But since it was going to be covered, I couldn’t send only one foam back, so I kept both foam seats. So, I have one upholstery seat 1 inch and the other .5 inches high.

This is the perfect firmness to sit on and not feel the bar in the seat of my recliner. I am a larger person and the thickness holds up for long periods of time.

After a while the seats in our trucks pack down and being short waisted to start with I needed padding to elevate my height. I continuously tried buying different kinds of deck cushions and they were great for about two months until they permanently packed down.I bought this foam because of the density and I could also trim it to the shape of my truck seat.Worked so well I bought another one for our other truck.Covered them with T-shirts that I can launder when needed.Finally, mission accomplished!
