Epson TM-U220B POS Receipt Printer

Didn’t work. Ended up returning.

Works great for my Aloha system. Just be sure you open the panel on the bottom to move the little switches around (just like programming a garage door opener).

I own a small business and our POS provider wanted to charge us triple for this exact printer, activation fees, etc. I hooked it up myself and it works perfectly. Highly recommend!

I should have waited, at least a week paid $385 and 7 days later it's on here for $328. And I have a used unit, nowhere in the description does it say "used" or "refurbished" this is a poor business practice.

Works great for micros or Aloha POS. In the case of Micros, you must swap the module card to make it work. Aloha has a smarter ‘plug’ like adapter that requires no messing around

The button to open the printer paper lid was broken off.When paying nearly $400 for a printer it would want to be in decent condition.It also had a bunch of scratch and scuff marks on it. Not as important but a broken button isn't acceptable at that price.

Printer is exactly as described. What a great price! We had it installed by our computer guy in a few minutes. It is a slightly newer model than the one we had previously but the ink ribbons, paper and the cable hookups all work perfectly with the new printer.

Printer is as expected, I've been using epson printers my whole life, however the company from Mississauga was very helpful and they even called me to make sure I had the right printer ordered which I apparently didn't. Thanks for checking
