I'm on bottle two. I think this combination helps my skin look good and keeps my hair strong. I don't let my nails grow so can't say there. I like the ingredients. Olive fruit extract is an antioxidant that specifically targets the skin. Do a google search and you will find good stuff on it! that's how I found out about this product.Update: I am now on bottle 3 - and I can say that these really do help and I will definitely continue to buy them. When I ran out I noticed my skin health was not as good. Start off with full strength 4 caps and I think you can taper down later for maintenance. I also recommend Fish Oil, grapeseed, and a good multi-vitamin.Just wish these pills didn't have magnesium stearate, which is a filler, but oh well it's still an effective product with quality ingredients. I haven't found anything that does a better job.

I failed to notice a difference with this product, perhaps I didn't take it consistently. My nails still tear. Perhaps a longer trial would make a difference.

Overtime this works. My hair was damaged from pool chlorine and a bad "all natural" hair dye. I alwy I always had very thick wavy hair. It seemed to be thinner and was breaking. I gave up the chlorinated pool, even though I am a swimmer. I went back to my old Ion ( Sally) hair color I-co washed with Pura d'or conditioner, then their shampoo, then their conditioner once every ten days. and took this vitamin every single day as prescribed. I chose this brand over all others including the famous hair vitamin brand because I trust Natural Factors. I will continue to use this. It made a difference. It took about a year. I did not swim during Covid19, and I have not gone back to the chlorinated pool. if you are not sure which brand to buy,, buy this with confidence.
