During the day time my hune controller green led is on solid, the white led is blinking red/orange, the red led is off. what is this mean?

These led lights show your battery is under charging, but your battery is very low(white led is in red flashing) or medium(white led in orange or orange/green flashing), due to low voltage protection(when battery voltage is low than 11.2V), then the red led(third led light) is turn off, and the controller stops discharging for your load.

Question 2

Do you mean by load that the public gril electricity ? This means when there is grill electricity, it will be used for charging?

I'm not sure what you mean by "load." According to the instructions, the load refers to whatever it is (camper, RV, boat, battery) you are trying to support with the power generated by a solar panel, which is then managed through the charge controller and sent to the battery. It sounds as though you are referring to power that comes from the public grid, which has no relationship to the power you get from your solar panel that is regulated through the Huine solar charge controller. IF your battery is completely dead, it cannot signal the charge controller what your amperage is---12 or 24, so the controller can do its job. Then you must connect your system to some other power source (grid, perhaps) to get some charge in the battery so the controller can operate properly. Once that occurs, then your solar panel, routed through the controller to the battery, will charge the battery, and/or power the "load," or whatever you ask it to do. Hope this helps.

What does 24 hour working mode mean?  Like anywhere on earth or won't operate over 24 hours straight?  Please explain. Thanks

Hi friend, 24 hour working mode means the discharging working mode for load is continuous based on your battery is sufficient and your load is connected with solar charge controller, this mode is suitable for load which you would like it to work continuously, the other model "light control mode" is mainly for solar lights which only works at night.

Does the output / load always stay on? Can it power low current devices like sensors (90-150mA)?

I have it hooked up to a solar panel so it’s constant output for 12 V. It will keep all low-voltage sensors working I. E. Like radio stations saved and clocks running
