I've never bought a diamond before, so I studied carefully about their characteristics first. Anyway, this is a very lovely piece. Bright and sparkling, and well cut. In direct sunlight it hurts your eyes to look at it, and the prism effect is very pronounced (throws little rainbows around when the light hits it right)I think the .85 carat range is about ideal, both appearancewise and on the pricepoint. It's big enough to be visible and eyecatching, but not obscene or gawdy.I can't recommend it enough.

A very nice ring and the wife loved it

Received the ring in very timely manner. Upon inspecting, found the gold band to be tarnished and not in even tone. One of the side (near crown) looked almost silver or platinum color. Wife was not impressed. Returned on the same day :(

It is a beautiful ring! It is a quality ring! It does look like 1 Carat ring. For the price - comparing to $2500 for the same ring at brick and mortor shops. It sparkles and shines! I would recommend to anyone!
