ALMOST fits perfectly
It sounds great, and it looks great! Only issue is when I first put it in, after I put the seats down on top of it, it had a little bit of room to move. It vibrated out from underneath the seats. I cut up a pool noodle (it was what I had handy at the time) and put it underneath the the back corners to make it to where when I pushed the seats down, it squished the box into the noodles. Now it fits PERFECTLY and looks seamless with the black carpet that's already in my truck. 10/10 : would buy again if I got another F-150.

It does what it can with the space that has
This is a very unique sub woofer box, and as such, should not be compared to standard sub woofer boxes. Because it's built to fit under the rear seats of a 2004-2008 Ford F150 Super Crew, it is shallow out of necessity. Typically shallow boxes do not give as good of a sound as deeper boxes. So yes, I have had better sounding sub woofer boxes, but I knew I was going to have to sacrifice sound quality for functionality going in to this purchase. With that said, this box fits absolutely perfectly under the rear seats of my truck, utilizing every square inch. The quality of the construction and materials used is professional grade. The box is down-firing, and has minimal space between the bottom of the box, and the floor. So with that in mind, make sure to purchase a sub woofer that will fit, and doesn't protrude out too much from where the screw holes are. (A flat top). All and all, I'm happy with this purchase. With the limited space allotted in my truck, this is the only way that I could install two sub woofers without sacrificing any seating space. Though the sound isn't the best in the world, unless you're an audiophile, it will be hard to tell the difference.

Perfect fit and excellent sound and beat
This speaker box fit perfectly under the back seat of 2005 Ford F-150 Fx4 with dual 10in Kicker Comp C subs. Speakers don't touch floor at all and the box is very sturdy no rattling or vibration of the wood at all and it comes covered in black carpet to match interior of the truck. No slot for the amp but it sits perfectly in the rear door with no movement at all. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a box on a budget

good quality, excellent seller, fast shipping
I had no issues purchasing or receiving the box, the seller and amazon were great - and the price is hard to beat. Build quality is clean, and it fits under the seat easily with no issues.Note: I edited my review after owning this for a year:Coming from having bigger band-pass boxes in SUVs in the past, i was a little disappointed in the sound - since its a sealed enclosure and such a small internal space - you really need a powerful amp and the ability to run the subwoofers bridged to mono (so they don't fight each other in the small .55 cubic foot airspace). I don't have any tuning calculations, but its hard to get the box to reach down low without decibel loss and buzzing/clipping. I have been experimenting with the idea of porting the box with a single 2" port at 9.2 inches (or 2 1.5" ports if it works out) for 38 Hz. I will reply to my review if this worked out All in all the fit under the rear seat was good (2006 f150 supercab), and the look and build quality was decent. 4 stars for just not being as good sounding as maybe it could be if they tweaked the design to maximize airspace closer to 1 cubic foot, or gave you all the internal measurements for the box - an you do have to cut parts of the rug out under the seat to clear the speakers - or they will make contact with the carpet. I cut two 10" by 10" squares - just on 3 sides and carefully folded the "flaps" back under the rest of the carpet - so they can be repaired later. To answer folks who are asking about "shallow mount subs" - the answer is probably no - not needed. My subs are JBL Loud + Clear LC-S1050w which have a top mount depth of about 5 inches, there is easily another 1/4 inch before contact with the box. Some subs that have big rubber magnet covers, or extremely thick or ornate baskets may have trouble - but i have seen folks with similar boxes make fiberglass "bubbles" to allow clearance. this could be done relatively easily.as for porting and tuning to 38 Hz - i will come back with my results.Note Second edit regarding ports:This box is partitioned in the middle - so its .55 f3 per side (each woofer in its own enclosed section) - so after looking at winisd and bassbox pro6 with my JBL and the size and approximate shape of the box I made two 2" dia by 10.9" long ports firing out the back (i know 2" dia is small - but vent mach is not really an issue with my setup and because they are back-firing under the seat). I tuned for 35hz to get efficiency, not SPL - and i can see an improvement in sound quality already. edit 3 will be next after i re-tune the amp gains and etc.edit 3: i recommend doing your due diligence with port calculation software and porting this box. For me - tuning for efficiency has made the bass super clear and clean - no regrets.

Poor build quality
Wasn't too happy about the box overall. My quarrel with it is that it really isn't built that well, or strong. I have built and installed many subwoofer systems, and I ordered this for my brothers truck because I didn't want to build a box. In less than a month it's broken in a few places, leaks air pretty badly, and flexs hard. I'd return it if I could but I had to caulk it and screw it in so many different spots that I'm sure they'd blame me for it's defects. I've decided to buy a different box completely because I'm tired of having to repeatedly fix this one. I've built competition grade systems before too, so I know exactly what I'm doing. The wood seems pretty cheap on this too.

Everything fits perfectly without mods and I am happy with it.
My subs are not shallow mount and still fit in just fine. The box fits under my seats perfectly and the subs do not hit the floor like other people have reported issues of in reviews. I was a little disappointed when I realized the thinner center is to accommodate a hump in the floor and not my amp and I had to mount the amp under the passenger seat. But I appreciate that the design maximizes the air space for better sound quality.

Almost a great box.
While this is a "good" box, I do have a couple issues with it.1. The mounting depth is off, a normal 5 1/4 sub will not mount properly in this box, you will need ring adapters or to use cardboard or something to seal it.2. The subs face down and into the carpet, the subs do touch the ground and I had to cut the carpet and remove padding to make adequate room for the subs to flex.Outside of these small issues, the box is well made and does sound nice. I was able to get 2 10" Kicker Comp R's mounted with some modifications. Hits pretty good but could be better
