Rinnai tankless, much better than my previous unit by another manufacturer.
Thoroughly impressed. The vendor delivered ahead of schedule, and the product was wrapped better than anything I've seen yet. The Rennai unit was also outstanding.

Awesome for commercial beer brewing
I've been using this to brew beer in our brewery and taproom for the last two years. It completely removes the need for an HLT. I can set the temperature on the control panel to any temperature between 95F and 185F and the water from the faucet will be within a couple of degrees of the setting within a minute and go for as long as the faucet is open. It takes up almost no space and is fairly quiet in operation. I would buy it again in a minute given the same requirements.

Useless to buy from Amazon
We purchased this in July. Due to contractor delays it took us until September to get an estimate to install it. Because it needed larger gas lines to use, it costs over $8,000 to install it. Making it unaffordable and due to Amozon’s return policy UN returnable. So we are screwed out of $1,900. Last time I will ever but any large item from Amozon.

RINNAI TANKLESS WATER HEATER
It is a good tankless very quiet easy install, but for the 3 star is the customer service took 1 week for anybody to return an email. My unit got delivered damaged tried to get a new one but no answer. If they would of got back to me it would of been a 5 star.....

Worked great for a week...
Product worked great for a week. Now it won't light consistently. Have done all the troubleshooting,testing, cleaning, etc. Works for a day, then quits again.I'm going back to a tank water heater.
