Works Great for PC With Decent Sound but Does Not Need a Full Blown Sound System
Bought this as a 'renewed item' at a discounted price. Speakers were brand new as far as I could tell. Box had been opened but noting had been unwrapped.

Great budget speakers system
Got this set to replace a Logitech speaker system that was many years old (15) and finally stopped working correctly. Great for general computing, games, music and video. I'd recommend

"Renewed" didn't exactly mean what thought think it means...
I bought two of these... one perfectly fine. The other? Welllllllllll... it was DOA. Happily there is a robust Amazon exchange service to make it swap it out, but c'mon guys. It says Defective right on the box! This is a good budget PC speaker setup normally. I like them, that's why I just asked for a replacement.

Repeat buyer, best bang for buck speakers ever
I have been using this same Logitech speaker system for well over 10 years and they're still phenomenal. This new set is for my work from home office upstairs. Install is super easy. It uses a 3.5mm audio jack instead of USB, so the sound is way way way better and never loses the connection when your PC hibernates. Even the desktop speakers sound rich and full, not tinny and shallow like most cheap speakers. I love the bass too and listen to a lot of music while I work.Overall, this will be the ONLY set of speakers I ever consider for future computers. They sound GREAT.

Thrown together
I read another review about how items came packed and like new. For me, they came in a box, with zero packing, scratched up, minimal effort and definitely not "renewed". See pictures from unpacking. Sending back and buying new.

Very Happy!!
I was worried when I saw the condition of the box they were shipped in, it was beat up pretty bad. I was even more worried when I opened the box and there was no packing material to protect the speakers! I was very surprised when I hooked everything up!! These speakers have fantastic sound!!! Even though they are small they sound great!!! And yes I bought these refurbished.
