I can't believe I'm enthusing about a rotary dryer!! This is the best whirly-gig I've ever had. I've been using it a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. It's very easy to put up and let down. I especially like the way the arms clip into the central pole when the dryer has been let down. This enables the cover (provided) to slip over the dryer so that it's protected from the elements and kept clean. I am vertically challenged (4'10") so I stand on a buffet to put the cover on as it's easier to drop it over the arms. The fact that they're clipped out of the way makes this very easy.

This is a great replacement for my old line which was over 15 years old and been to many houses. this was well packaged and came with every thing you need to put in the ground also a cover to keep it clean when not in use. Have used this this a few months now and it is great easy to put up and take down, you don't need to be Rambo to put it up (like my old one). I do lots of washing and can fit four or five loads on at a time wish is great if you only have limited time to get your washing done. Great washing line hope it lasts as long as my old one.

I put this rotary dryer up in my back garden as soon as it arrived, a couple of reviews I read said it was too low, but I found it ideal, not only as I am short but sheets can easily be doubled over. I did try putting the ground post in a patio umbrella stand which was ok but then made it too tall for me to reach.

We followed the instructions for inserting the stake but it became misshapen and the washing line didn't fit into the base. Customer service said "it's used now we cannot help!"We had to purchase a new screw in stake which worked perfectly.We put the line down and put the cover on, next day when we put it back up (which was a struggle, it is not easy to push up to open the lines,) we found the lines were tangled and you had to figure out how to untangle before it would open up. Second time using it, we carefully closed the line and covered it but the same thing happened again! I've never encountered this issue before. Now we have to leave it open to save time trying to figure out which line/wire is out of place in order for it to open up again. It's frustrating!

I'm reasonably happy with this rotary drier, but I would've preferred it to be slightly higher. My old one was higher than this one, so it's what I was used to. We got round it, more or less, by putting the ground spike on the bottom of the pole and putting the whole thing into the tube we already had in the ground which has tightening knobs all round it to keep it steady. That gave it a little more height, but it's still lower that I'm used to. When I first saw it I thought it looked a bit flimsy compared to my old one, but I've had a big washing on it including towels, etc. and it is holding up fine so far. It's easy to put up and down, just like an umbrella really, which I do like, and it's pretty unobtrusive when folded up. As for durability, I've given 5 stars, but we'll see in a few months how it holds up as I've only used it a few times. All in all, it's doing a good job so far.

Hated my old washing line as it nearly too your head off as it was across the garden so decided on a rotary airer. Love it. It's in one place very easy to stick in the grass. Very easy to assemble and the cover is great for weather changes. Can fit loads of washing on it and stand in one place and just spin the line around for hanging and taking off washing
