The box was ripped apart and taped all over. To open the box I had to cut it with scissors. I ordered a new item and that is what I got. Very disappointed.

It was scratchy running over skin. I had an original one that moved over the skin smoothly and when it broke I decided to get a new one. This is nothing like the old one. I do not recommend it. It also took a long time to arrive.

I like everything about this product.

I bought this to replace a really old one. My old original still works but the attachments have broken after all these years. So I purchased this one hoping it would work. Unfortunately, after making sure that it was fully charged (charger was not included), it does not work and the attachments do not fit the old original. The charger was also missing from the box as advertised. That said, I am returning it. So sad!

I had this for six years and it finally died. Ordered this one and it works great.

I bought this because I had one before and loved it (battery wore out) so was excited to get a new one. First package arrived no charging equipment, requested a replacement. Second package was the same no charging equipment. Getting a refund and won't buy from this seller anymore.
