There is an off button
Responding to the comment re: no off button. Hold down the lower volume button for a second or two and it will turn off. Press same button to turn on. No need to take batteries out to turn it iff

Very portable and adorable
It's cute and has good audio, it takes about 2 AA batteries. I wish there was an off button besides taking the batteries off. Also, I wish there was a wall cable plug in that came with it.
