CHEFMADE Madeleine Mold Cake Pan, 12-Cavity Non-Stick Scallop Madeline Bakeware for Oven Baking (Champagne Gold)

This is a beautiful pan. I haven't yet used it, but I wanted to take a minute to comment on how beautiful it is, and how lovely the packaging is, and add a warning. The shipping was in a plastic bag, so the lovely box was crushed and has munched corners. The pan was undamaged, but it did NOT arrive in gift-able shape. As I was getting this one for me, and to test for possible gifts next holiday, I will keep it. If it tests out in actually baking and cleaning, then this pan will make a lovely gift for any baker, so I will have to find somewhere that properly packages them for shipping to send as gifts. I would never chance sending one directly as a gift, given how this one was sent, and I would not want to bother with all the work of returning damaged boxes, trying to get a box that arrived in a gift-able state. Cutting shipping costs to the point that things arrive damaged ultimately reduces sales. I have noticed that there is a "gift" option, so I will try purchasing one using the "gift" options and see if it comes packed any better, and report back. If not, then I will purchase this lovely pan for gifts elsewhere.

Arrived nicely packaged, feel heavier than my other baking pans and look sturdier too; buttered and floured the pan, chilled it before bake, yield wonderful products, with delicately crispy rims, high humps and buttery soft center! The goodies came right out with the help of a spatula and cleaning up was a breeze, this is my very first Madeleine pan and my second batch in two days upon receiving the product; will keep baking for improvement and test the pan’s non stickiness over time, a very satisfied purchase , so far have fallen in love with this ‘chefmade’ pan; if it can stand the time testing, guess will swap all my ‘not so great’ baking pans to this brand

If you can normally make six muffins, then with this, you'll get 12 and the size is nice. We made some Jiffy corn muffins and then folded in a cup of fresh blueberries. The finished shell muffins were a very pleasant size. This will be handy for anything like muffins, cakes and even chocolate chip cookies. This product is sturdy and thick. It hasn't warped at all after several uses. The coating is very slick. Enjoy baking more with this fancy pan.

I can’t begin to tell you how absolutely perfect these pans are for Madeline’s!! The just slide out of the molds, and there are multiple shspe choices. I want them all! Used the Julia Child Madeline recipe on Pinterest. Everyone loved them. If you’ve never tried a Madeline it is lightly crisp on the outside and cake like inside. The silicone lining makes this pan a must have.

The media could not be loaded. High end product. It was like unwrapping a present! Item came well packaged and it’s so easy to clean and use. I used a bakers spray to make these Madeline’s. I found the relive I had said it would make 15 of them and with this pan I ended up having 23! Keep that in mind when baking. These come out so pretty. All around very impressed. Just as high quality as my Wilton and Nordic pans. I would buy from this brand again!

This is a good Cookie shaper you have to really love your cookies because they are kind of thick easy to wash easy to bake I like the shape my grandkids really enjoyed the cookies.

Madeleines are my wife's new cookie go-to. This pan allows her to have a variety of shapes for her baking.
