Excellent product. Well made. Fits larger bodies quite well. I suffer from frozen shoulder. This offers great support and immediate relief from much of my pain even before utilizing the cold pack. The stress on my neck and shoulder from holding my arm in a certain position has been relieved by wearing this, as well. This will fit massive arms and super broad chests. Great for bulked up body builders or super curvy plus-size gals, like me.

Good product it helps reduce pain and recover effected area. The only issue is the cool and heat bag it will get damaged after multiple uses

This is one of my top 5 best Amazon purchases and that says a lot if you saw my history. It fits a 6ft 200 lb male perfectly. It has lots of adjustments for other sizes and body types. Very comfortable and stylish. The ice pack can get very cold quickly so I add a wash cloth between it and my arm to keep it tolerable. For the price it is an amazing deal and feel like this thing will last for decades. Be sure to try all the places it can be expanded or contacted to see what is most comfortable.

UPDATE: I've used this product now for a while and I find it helps my upper arm and shoulder immensely. It stays cold enough that you're not over doing the cold therapy. So that's a good thing if you fall asleep with it on you're not overdoing the chill. END OF UPDATE/I have some kind of tendonitis, bursitis or 9something in the upper outside portion of my arm that is extremely painful. It's also mostly immobile. This is a one size fits all item. A little confusing on how to get the whole thing situated. Turns out that it really wasn't that difficult, the confusing came on my part. The ice pack that comes with it gets really cold, and it will give your shoulder and upper arm a good chill. I've only ice packed it once, there is a little bit ease of pain. Then again I really don't use it much these days. I'm also using it as a support because I just had knee replacement surgery and I'm sleeping in a recliner. One night the pain woke me up because my shoulder had dropped to the side. I'm hoping that the more I treat it with the ice pack the better it'll get. I'll update as I use it.

I wanted a brace and this was the only one that would fit me as I’m 54 inches chest 3xl. This brace has an extenuation strap.I did not need the ice pack but having it included is a added bonus. The ice pack is very high quality and stays cold longer than i think it should. The brace works very well and is made well i have been warning the brace for 3 days and it is really starting to make a difference especially with the pain. I recommend this product because I’m a very large man and it works and has not broken and is easy to fit and ware. I have only had to play with the adjusting straps 3 Times to find that sweet spot.
