sluggish
well, it was time for me to replace my phone...wanted something a bit different. overall i'm happy with it, but not over the moon. i gained wireless charging, BUT the finger print reader is in a really stupid location, like the power button. I would have happily paid £100 more for a faster processor and more RAM because the phone becomes noticeably sluggish when you start to open a few apps, and the phone judders to a halt when launching google maps until the map is downloaded onto the screen and the phone becomes responsive again. The battery is great and last a good couple of days. I have't dropped the phone down the toilet yet, to test it's waterproof ability and i haven't thrown it off a building to test it shock resistance. the phone is weighty in the pocket, but that's probably because it's built like a tank.VoWiFi when making phone calls sounds amazing and crystal clear, like the person is in the next room. and the speaker is deafening. i listen to a lot of music on the amazon music app using bluetooth earphones, and sounds like my previous phones.i've got used to restarting the phone weekly, which seems to help with the sluggishness.

Poor Quality big price slow kept freezing and getting rather warm
Poor Quality big price slow kept freezing and getting rather warm for £149.99 this is not a cheap phone considering there are cheaper phones about from well known makes i was disappointing in this phone yes it is well mad rugged but that is about it the phone is very slow keeps freezing and gets quiet warm after few mins use, support is next to zero and customer service wasn't great either offering me a discount of £10 if i order another phone bit of a cheek overall my honest opinion is avoid this spend your money on another phone unless you want a slow brick.

Both SIM slots are full 4G, including VoLTE
This is a good dual SIM, ruggedised phone with a bright and clear screen and loud ringtones and speaker. Speaker is not as good as some when the volume is turned up. Battery life is only mediocre for such a heavy phone and the user experience is a little bit hesitant and stuttering but at this price, how can you complain? One weird thing with this Ulephone is that I can find no way to set different incoming ring tones between the two SIM slots - unlike with my dual SIM Samsung J2 Pro and Moto G5.BEWARE: Consider carefully whether you should buy inferior dual SIM phones that do NOT have two SIM slots that are 4G capable. Many phones advertised as "Dual SIM" actually only have the SIM1 slot as 3G capable, while the SIM2 slot is only 2G !!!You should be aware that some countries (such as Australia, Ecuador, Japan, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Macau, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korean, Switzerland. Taiwan, Thailand and Trinidad & Tobago )have either already switched off their 2G networks or have announced plans to do so in a few months time, and this will be an increasing trend in the months to come. The Nordic countries also plan to switch off 3g very soon! Both the SIM cards I use are from the Hutchson 3g (Three) UK network and consequently will not work in a 2G phone, so this phone works well!Looking at things from a network operators point of view, 4G does everything that 3G does but is cheaper for the Network Operators to run and is both faster and with lower latency for the end user. So currently there is ‘committed support’ for 3G in the UK only out to next year, 2020. Which isn’t as far as most people expect. Most Internet of Thngs (IoT) and M2M units (such as point of sale machines) will be 2G so they won’t be stranded but they will perhaps be slower than planned before the end of their design life. However, IoT use-cases generate little revenue for the network operators because of their low data usage. That means it’s becoming too costly for mobile network operators to maintain their 2G networks and the expensive frequency spectrum they bought that is currently used for 2G will give a better return on investment when used for 4G LTE networks. Besides, the rising stars of Narrow band-IoT (NB-IoT) and LTE-M have distinct advantages over plain old vanilla 2G networks such as better battery life, building penetration and much wider cell area coverage. It is often assumed that 2G will be around forever. It has the lowest cost module and the mast footprint is the largest making it the easy way to support rural sites and low cost applications. But in the UK ‘committed support’ for 2G runs out in 2025.There will be no 2G networks in Canada and Mexico (or the more backward US) by 31 December 2020.India (Airtel and Reliance) has already begun the 2G shutdown.Mind you, because the battery is sealed in (and most phone repair shops will not carry suitable battery replacements or guarantee its waterproofing after swapping out the battery) this phone should be regarded as unlikely to be working beyond its short warranty period anyway...

Don't buy , you'll only be disappointed
Overall very disappointed. For that price I would expect a decent quality in return. Shame I cannot return it as just missed the window for returns.Today was the first day I had time to use it after the purchasing. Didn't have any spare time to clone my other phone into it. The phone is operating very slowly, froze time to time, battery is shiiiiite . I think it is refurbished or something .Wouldn't recommend it in million yearsDon't buy it, you'll only be dissatisfied and annoyed that you spent hat kind of money . It should be on a WATCHDOG. How on earth Amazon allows sellers like this one to shift their dodgy stuff on hereI hope they'll make an exception and Ill be able to return it. Fingers crossed

cheap nice phone
I am left handed and it.semt that.finger print is in a bit weird place as it keep disable as I am touching it with my hands( fingerprint reader is on RHS cover not in central screen)Phone looks really good but I am ensure why people write that.battery holds for a long time .I am on 41% after 7 hours so I would not say it's that amazing.I would happily purchase Armo version with 13500AH battery but it doesn't come with such rugged case.Overall phone is nice and for that amount price money bit other models on market.

I wouldn't buy it again
I'm rather unsatisfied by the phone: it's slow, even with just a few app installed. it takes some time just to open google maps, some lag when opening the keyboard. I find it the water and shokproof case, the fingerprint and face recognition pretty useless if the phone doesn't flow in its main functions.. maybe an earlier version of android would have been more suitablefast shipment anyway
