Miracle-Gro EverGreen Multi Purpose Lawn Seed 1.6 kg - 56 m2, White

Love the Miracle Gro grass seed it is amazing, I didn't think at first it would grow as the germination isn't as quick as it states on the box but the grass is lush when it does grow and with the size of the box I managed to grow a lawn with a size of 8m x 5m it covered 40sqm which I was surprised it would cover all that and the grass comes up nice and thick when it grows. It took about 16 weeks to get to the stage in the picture but was well worth the wait, ready in time for summer. Very pleased and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to grow their own lawn it's a cheaper option to turf if you have the patience.

Germinates quickly and evenly, looks good so far

Grows unbelievably fast 😂 had fully grown grass in less than 2 weeks. The grass itself looks great - lovely thick green glossy blades. I've since bought more to held thicken the rest of my lawn (originally bought to fill a gap after having patio laid). Handy box with shakey hole things to help spread it out.

Seed from this seller was packed over 2.5 years ago and did not germinat. The seller pointing me in the direction of the manufacturer to find out why Having spoken to the manufacturer they stated: "It would appear that the seller has sold older seed, simply to it being produced in the year of 2020. Grass seed does experience a rapid reduction in the germinating process after 2 years from production. It may be worth contacting the seller on amazon to relay this information. Grass seeds don't technically expire, but again after the 2 year time period decline regarding the germination you will see if used. It also does depend where the seller was storing the seed. If it was stored poorly then this may also be another reason for the lack of germination, especially with it being nearly 3 years old now." Following this feedback th seller did refund me in full but I htink I will buy seed from a garden centre where i can see the packing date in future

The picture speak for itself I think. In only 1 week we have no more patches and now our garden looks perfect with very healthy and bright green grass, I used only one box and that's enough for my garden, next year I will put seeds more if needed.

Distribution easier than expected because the box has a grille to sprinkle through. Still left patches which will have to be covered, of course, but there`s enough left in the box to do this. Has taken about 3 weeks to show properly but it`s looking good. It`ll be a while before it is strong enough to be mown but happy with purchase.
