Does it have atomic features?

Yes it sets itself from the Atomic clock radio signal.

would it be too bright in a bedroom at night?

No, it wouldn't be bright at all because it does not light. The numbers are nice and big and if you have a night light on in your room, you'd be able to see the time.

So this clock will work as not an atomic clock? Correct?

Yes, I believe it does not need to check in with the atomic clock in Boulder, CO to keep time.

How accurate can this clock run when the atomic feature is disabled?

I don't have it on atomic check in and I have not found it to be off at all in over 6 months. Your mileage may vary.
