Compression sleeve works better.
It’s a great wrap but it slips and you will find yourself adjusting all the time. I switched to a compression sleeve and it worked better as one piece than the rolling and slipping of this.

i mean, i like it
So i needed it for just holding warm compresses to my body.it vs typical ACE wraps ,its superior in all aspects, but you can buy like 6-9 of other brand wraps on amazon for less money. it does stretch but not like an ACE wrap does. I cant say anything about its properties of speeding up healing. straight forward easy to use basically what will make this worth it or not is if it wares out. ACE wraps elastic fails quickly . we shall see how long this lasts. that will truly determine if its worth the money and time

Not good for hamstring or thigh injuries!
The wrap would probably be good for someone with arm or lower leg issues but is not practical for a hamstring injury, which is what I have. The wrap continuously rolled down regardless of how tight I tried to secure it. A regular ace wrap did the job much better.

DIY compression sleeve
I love this! Its very comfy and provides the right support without leaving too many lines on the underlying skin. The material is very soft, and its not like an ace bandage. Its like neoprene almost. You're essentially using this to make your own compression sleeve or wherever you apply it. I wrap it around my ankle/foot when I strain the muscles or more recently when I started working from home and started getting a ton of soreness in my mouse arm. It really helps me.

Bandage sounds cooler than it is.
The media could not be loaded. I was sucked in by the hype about warming and compression and the idea that the grippy side would prevent rolling and none of that was actually helpful when it comes to wrapping and compressing an ankle. A good old fashioned ace bandage provides so much more comfort and support and is slimmer when wrapped so you can still wear your shoes while wrapped. The edges of the bandage roll as you can see in my video with the slightest touch. I tried this bandage several times and never left the house with it. Too cumbersome and uncomfortable with the thickness and rolling issue. Additionally you can’t roll it well over the heel due to the rolling edges issue. As you can see the ace bandage and sock still fits easily in my regular sneaks. Do not recommend.

better than ace wrap
i need to have a compression bandage on my leg stump, ace bandages were horrible as they slid off, rolled and stretched after a couple uses. i ordered this and it is wonderful. it stays up and doesn't stretch and is easy to use and no clips to stick you. my wound nurse was so impressed she tell her other patients about it. wonderful product

Hard to keep in place, not much help
This is a fairly short elastic strip with a velcro-like closure only on one end. So unless the other end is in position to be firmly held in place by the rest of the bandage it can't attach. I wanted to strap my arm-in-sling to my body after rotator cuff surgery to keep it immobile while walking. If this were longer, stronger, and had velcro on the other end it would have worked great, but it falls short of being helpful to me. Disappointed.
