Hallmark 1996 Wizard of Oz Club Wizard's State Fair Baloon Edition Ornament

The figurine was broken out if the balloon when I took it out of the box. The packaging looked new, so I am disappointed to have to repair it. Not an easy task because of how small it is.

Maybe I didn't read into the details enough, the box is a bit beat up and wouldn't be considered a collectible. I am sure my mom wont mind as it is all about being on the tree instead of in the box.

I've been collecting the Wizard of Oz Hallmark ornaments for many years but back in '96 I didn't belong to the Collectors' Club so I couldn't get the special State Fair ornament. It is wonderful and came in mint condition! It was easy to deal with the seller, which was a third-party, and I would gladly buy more ornaments this way.

Great shipping! The wizard was not attached to the balloon. Not sure if he was supposed to be or not?

Extremely surprised at the mint condition since this ornament came out in the 90's. Exactly what I thought it would be.

Looking forward to putting this ornament on my Christmas tree this year with my collection of Hallmark Wizard of Ozornaments, a welcome addition.
