Perfect For Replacements
I got this for an additional piece to add to my kotobukiya zoids. I realized quick with some splicing I could use it to replace the old rubbery ammo belts the great saber, shield liger mk II, and dark horn have. The rubber ammo belts dry out fast and mine have broken into sections, so these are perfect to replace them. I wish the original HMM Zoid kits came with this belt instead. I'm gonna need so many now lol.

Perfect for adding detail to 1/144 gunpla
I used this kit as an accessory to Bandai's HGBC Giant Gatling to spruce up an old HG Zaku II. This kit was perfect for my purpose, allowing me to mount the ammo drum on the Zaku's back with just enough slack to connect the ammo belt to the gun. If you're using this kit as an accessory to a gunpla kit, like I am, rather than a Frame Arms kit, you should note that the ammo belt is fairly short and will probably only accommodate an HG or other 1/144 scale kit. For an MG or other 1/100 scale kit you'll want to pick up two of these so you can extend the belt.

MSG Ammo drum and belt link
This ammo drum and belt link took maybe 5 minutes to complete. I got it as an addition to the Giant Gatling Gun and they look good together. It's made from that harder plastic than Bandai uses(duh, Kotobukiya) so don't think that you can be rough with it, you can't. It's not that it's fragile, it just picks up scratches quick and easy if you don't paint it. It's also big for your standard 1/144 scale Gundam kits but looks right at home on a 1/100 scale kit.

goes well with the Gatling gun, I just wish it had a longer ammo belt, I had to buy a second unit to make the belt long enough.
