The charger came with 50% power. It took around 4 hours to charge it full 100% capacity. I normally start charging my iPhone 7 when it reaches around 34% or lower but never really lower than 28%. I got 3 chargers to my phone before the level was too low to finish charging the 4th charge.The fact that the cable is the only one that I need is fantastic and perfect for me. I have a small pouch that I keep both charger and cord and I can easily connect the charger to a wall mount usb plug to charge. The cable is not too short and its definitely not too long so charging your phone while its in your purse or in the middle console of your car is perfect.The pink color is absolutely adorable. And it feels pretty smooth without any kind of texture irritation to the hand. To charge the empty charger back to 100% capacity was an overnight thing. I'm not sure how many hours that took because it plugged it in and went to bed. I assumed it'd be a near 8 hour affair since it took almost 4 hours to charge half of it the first time.The charger didnt heat up at all if anything barely. So I totally recommend this product to anyone that wants an iphone charger thats compact, light weight, uses only one cable, and needs multiple charges out of it.

Perfect for the price and fast charging

Eh, these are "OK" only because the price was pretty cheap, I got them on a special sale for $8 each, if not for that I would have returned them. They only have one USB-A output and they have to be charged with an Apple Lightening cable. I should have looked at the details closer. As a Samsung/Android user, I dont have any apple cables except the short 6" one that came with the battery. It would be a lot better if it had the USB-A Outlet AND a USB-C out/in. Also, my phone battery is 5500mAH and this battery says its 5000mAH, however, just charging my phone to about 20% took over half of the battery's charge - and it was very slllloooow. Nice and compact for some backup power - but not even really worth the $8 to me. I didnt want to take the time to return. Oh well

Got this for my daughter for her bday a month in advance. The day she got it she opened it to try to charge and it has no charging port inside the hole and the hole is too small to fit anything. I can use a USB to go from the battery to a device but I can't charge the battery. Even the input and output is backwards so this was assembled incorrectly. I was 1 day off from returning so I paid $20 for an unusable product. Do not buy from here.

Have been using this power bank for a few weeks now and so far so good. I have an iPhone 8 which has a battery capacity of 1821mAh. This Bonai power bank stores 5800mAh which allows me to charge my iPhone 8 up to three times from completely drained to 100%. I’ve charged my and friend’s phones through it a few dozen times now and it’s been working great. There are 4 tiny blue LED lights showing how much charge is left. Each equals to 25% of the total capacity of the power bank. This charger is very portable, measuring almost 1.25” wide and 4” long. I keep it in my backpack during travel, but it can also fit in most pockets. It only weighs 4.7 oz / 134 grams. It is made of what feels like aluminum shell with plastic caps.An MFI certified Lighting cable is included and measures 49.5” (4.1 ft.) long edge to edge. It has a small Velcro strap (attached) for compact storage. This Lighting cable also works well with my iPhone.What I love about this combo is that only one cable is required to charge both the power bank and the iPhone. No more having to also carry a micro USB cable. One cable to charge both! This isn’t my first Bonai power bank. I also have a larger 12,000mAh which I use at work. Had that one for a few months now and still running strong. Overall, I’m happy with this product as long as it continues to work. If anything changes, I will update the review.

This product was a second time purchase for me. The first time I bought this product I was really impressed with it, it held the charge and charged my phone quickly. I liked the product so much that now a few years later I bought another one. This new one does not charge as well as the first charger that I bought. It holds the charge pretty well, but is really slow in charging the phone. The cord falls out and will stop charging the phone. I have tried the new one twice and am willing to give it another chance, since I really loved the first one I got.

Charges super fast, very good quality. Doesn’t feel cheap.
