This book was recommended to me as part of a job search/career change workshop sponsored byMediaBistro. Just reading the TOC made me know I wanted to read it. I am not a big fan of Self-Helpbooks but this speaks to me. I'm 4 chapters into it now. It's uncanny. I'm in my mid 50's, a professional,out of work, killing myself through guilt over the loss. This is the book. First thing I have read thatspeaks to me.I do wish they would publish a print edition so that I could send it to my daughter and sister. I alreadyposted it on FB so friends could find it.

I'm at a crossroads right now, and this book if anything showed me I'm not the only one experiencing wanting to work somewhere and make a difference rather for the usual rat race. Easy to understand, I'd recommend this for anyone who finds themselves questioning their direction in thankless jobs.

This book helped me better understand why the career I have worked in for 25 years is less and less satisfying. Surprised to realize I feel this way, but even more surprised by the number of other people who also have gone through this change.

This book has some good information but the stories are depressing. All the women go from high powered careers in marketing to average jobs. I expected the book to be more about bigger thinking. It needed more variety for me.

This book is simply amazing. It is perfect for any woman who feels stuck in her career or even her life and is looking for answers and a process to find them. I'd highly recommend it.
