Very beneficial for the bladder.
During the winter time, especially, I need to urinate frequently and urgently. After doing some research, I read that Stinging Nettle decreases the need to urinate. Definitely I have noticed a difference. I take this with Saw Palmetto (must be 85% and above fatty acid) and Pumpkin Seeds. Very pleased. The medicine is in the food, not in prescription drugs.

Amazing healthful benefits
I just started using Stinging Nettle products and I cannot preach enough good things about all Nettle products I’ve been taking. From pills to tea, they are wonderful. No caffeine so no side effects at all. What I love about this product is after my dinner I take 2 pills and within an hour I feel no bloat in my belly even when I eat gluten and the next morning I feel so light. Hoping to see some improvement in my joints also. Two thumbs up.

YOU WILL BE AMAZED! IMHO Stinging Nettle works MUCH better to increase "max-flo" than the standard non-OTC option. IMHO also works much better than the widely touted Saw Palmetto. IMHO Stinging Nettle works better combined with raw whole organic sprouted pumpkin seeds (not oil or powder.) I take one serving every morning and night along with 2 tablespoon of raw whole organic sprouted pumpkin seeds. Seems to work in a few hours, not weeks. This supplement is the REAL DEAL! 100% HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent gout treatment
L.S.S. I have suffered from gout for many, many, many years :(. This gave IMMEDIATE relief, I mean a few hours and I was recovering. The biggest issue with herbals is quality, quality, quality. This batch was potent and I could return to living my life pain free. Obviously not as fresh or potent a tincture from a quality local herbal shop, but I must admit this is a good 2nd choice. This and a good kidney detox and avoiding any type of diet sodas (or diet anything with those toxic chemicals) and you are 90% there.
