These are SOOO fun!! As a book lover and library user I was psyched! Two stars fur the fun level!Sadly, they are like wearing Saran Wrap - zero breathability and zero softness. These baby's are hot, sticky, glassy-smooth, and just gross to wear (unless you are just lounging around in socks only in a cold house maybe). I'm assuming they are 100% polyester because that's what they feel like, though there's no tag.

I couldn't find any indication in the description of the socks about the fabric/material they were made of. They arrived and the material is weird. Feels smooth and "silky" but not in a good way and it's heavy--again, not in a good way. Absolutely the oddest feeling socks I have ever owned. Loved the pattern, which is why I ordered them, but I am not going to wear them again; really dislike how they feel on my feet. Very disappointed,

After the first wash the socks looks 100 years old. I would not recommend these.

I was looking for a pair of socks that would represent my love of books. I thought these were a really innovative and creative design, rather than a design with just books on them. I love them and know they will get a lot of attention!

The socks are really cute. The print is vibrant and clear. I thought the socks were going to be soft, but they are more of a compression material. I hope after washing them they will be softer and less restricting. Otherwise, I really like them.

Bought these as a gift for my aunt who was a librarian. She loved them. They were thin and soft.
