Golden Grace Indiana Style Modern Door Handles on Round Rose in Dual Finish with Latch 7 Sets

Although much cheaper than handles available elsewhere, these handles are surprisingly good, well made pieces. The only small observation I would make is the screws are not of the same quality. So a little more care is needed when fitting to avoid damaging the heads.

These were bought for new doors throughout the house. I would have given them 5 stars but they were going onto solid doors and the hinge screws had to be replaced as they were not strong enough but they were easy to fit and they look great. I would buy them again. Very pleased overall.

The handles themselves are very nice and feel like decent quality. The fixings however are made of the lowest quality steel and impossible to fit without destroying before fully tightened. Other reviews say get better screws, but that's easier said than done. The screws need to be slim and shallow counter sunk to avoid interfering with the screw-on ring that hides them, not an easy screw to find and most likely expensive, and why should you have to buy better screws?? Returned after trying to fit one handle, drilling holes precisely, having to cut the bolts short because they're designed for thick doors, then the screw heads melted at the slightest indication of torque.

The big positive with these door handles is that I saved approx. £50 compared to similar products in local DIY outlet. They were well packaged and I’m happy with the smart modern appearance. As a DIY’er with limited experience fitting door handles and latches, I found them a bit fiddly, but by the time the last was fitted, I became an “expert”. I didn’t realise they were bolt through (probably because I didn’t read the info properly), but although this makes them harder to fit, it does make them more stable and secure. The screws need to be handled with care as, on average, the head sheared off on one screw in each pack. With three screws per handle, plus two bolts, I wasn’t overly concerned that this would lead to long term problems. My standard doors were strangely inconsistent in their thickness, so I did have to shorten a couple of spindles, and every bolt through screw needed shortening by 2-3mm. My junior hacksaw and inherited bench vice were extremely helpful! The new rectangular latches replaced old ones with rounder casings, so some extra chiselling was required to get them to fit correctly. I haven’t been brave enough to fit the hinges yet, but hopefully they will further enhance the appearance of my doors. Overall, the saving and appearance has made the effort fitting them worthwhile.

Not the simplist door handles I’ve installed. Screws were rubbish. Stripped out very easily.Finish is good and seem sturdy enough.

They look nicex it’s great that you get everything you need. And look well. My only con would be I’d prefer bigger screws and not sure these hinges would hold oak veneer doors . So bought thicker ones from a nearby dIY store. Still value your money .

My partner is a Joiner/Carpenter by trade and these were bought for a customer on a very tight budget!They seemed well packaged, but on inspection after delivery the handles were damaged and the quality was average/below average.If these were to be returned we would incur a charge to return them despite the poor quality, we decided to just bin them and lose out on £18+. If you’re fitting these DIY and you don’t care about how they look that’s fine and they’ll work as intended. However if you’re a professional and doing paid work, these just won’t do and you’re best sticking with trusted brands or suppliers regardless of cost.
