Arrived in cheap packaging, a little dirty, but I didn't mind very much for the price, so I cleaned it up with some water and wipes and it was good to go. The actual brush is perfect for what I was looking for-- there are little smooth dots on the ends of the wires, so that they won't harm your pet. My cat had sensitive skin and a shedding problem, and using this brush made everything so much easier. She loved the feel of the brush, and the wires collected so much hair and kept it all together instead of flying around in the air, as with my past brush experiences. It was very easy to clean off with the button, and the size of the brush was great to keep around my cat as well. Small, but not too small, just the right size. Money well spent.

We've tried different brushes with our cat, but this one finally gained his approval, he enjoys getting brushed and starts purring. It's easy to remove fur from the bristles.

This brush works just fine. The only issues I have with this brush is that the plastic fur separator comes up too far and it causes some of the brush parts to bend and get trapped out of their track.

This brush pulls out the deep hair with ease, & my cats purr like a freight train. One even licks my hand when I quit! They all love the way it pulls out the dead hair & scratches all the itchiness away! I love the way it pulls out & collects the hair in a matt, then cleans itself with a push of the back button, instead of ending up all over me & the furniture. TOTALLY AWESOME PRODUCT! thank you.

I have three long-haired cats and I can brush all three of them with this and have hardly any hair in it which tells me it’s not working because other brushes are full of hair when I brush or comb them.I still use it because one of my persians seems to like being brushed with it, so I do not want to return it.It does untangle his fur,so for persians with cottony fur it is good for keeping matts away.

Our floofy floofly princess hated being brushed. She'd tolerate it but not for long and there was too much undercoat that she wasn't able to keep up with on her own. I bought this particular brush for the self cleaning and for the review where someone said they don't have to bribe their cat with treats anymore to get brushed. That was no lie. Our cat loves this brush and encourages us to brush her with it often. She even lets us get under her neck and every once in a while on her belly. She likes it that much.

I use this on my pet bunny when he is in molt and shedding a ton of fur. I use the deshedding comb first but then go over him several times with this. I think this brush feels more like a message to him and he seems to like it better. It does have the plastsic knobs so it's not the sharp pins that might harm him. VERY easy to clean, just push the button and peel off the hair. I threw out the rubber brush because it was impossible to clean.

Pretty good cat brush – you can clean the hair off the brush at the push of a button. I was concerned that pet brushes are wiry and may cause irritation to my cat’s skin so I was using a nylon human hair brush with rounded tips, but the teeth are too far apart to adequately catch the loose hair. I got this brush and it does an excellent job at collecting hair although it can be scratchy against the skin. I found myself still using the nylon brush along with this cat brush and gently glide both bushes – like a teppanyaki chef, one in each hand, over my cat’s body and she likes it very much. With two brushes, I can capture my cat’s tail with one brush beneath and the other on top or along each side; and also use the nylon brush to coax my cat to turn her head in one direction so I can brush the other side with the cat brush.
