A MIRACLE !!!!
I was in the absolute worst pain ever brute I cane across these on Amazon!!! I had been to the foot dr. and was diagnosed with planter foot.. anywho , the dr was shocked when he realized how swollen my foot actually was inside. Apparently, my band in my foot was incredibly swollen , so they have me an injection and booted me.. I hated the boot and immediately took it off.. at this point I was completely immobile and un horrific pain.. this is when I decided to look on Amazon for hopefully something to help relieve this pain and I came across these.Being hopeful but not too optimistic, I orderd them..let me tell you !!! They are definitely awkward at first..and slightly painful.. but only for a bit.. soon , within a few days , I was walking around without any pain in my foot. The swelling had gone down completely and my fire was back to normal!!! I have not had any swelling or pain ever since..

Helpful but painful
This review is based on my own use case.I'm a soccer referee and officiate around 5 to 15 games per week; which means , lots of running, stopping , sprinting and jogging in a shirt period of time. The arch support works great for the initial games but after the 4th consecutive one, my feet become very sensitive and I need to take them off.For regular use, with no running, I could probably wear them longer.Overall, it's definitely better than not wearing them at all.

I use 2 arch support inserts
The concept is great. I think I need a wholeAnkle sock with an exposed heel and the arch insets. Using one insert didn’t give me enough elevation for my flat arch. So I use two and it’s much better and I can feel the relief of mf arch not hitting the ground or my shoe. I can also see the insets move the arch tissue and muscle around

Don't overdo it
I've worn mild arch support for years. For the last 3 years, I've been shoeless most of the time. My arthritis in my knees and feet are being made worse because I need to drop some weight. Started walking but my feet hurt. I wore the highest arch for several hours over the course of 7 days thinking it would help strengthen my ankles. On day 4, I went for a walk and my legs got so weak I almost didn't make it back home. Yet I persisted, on day seven, I could hardly make it from the garage to my door without holding on to my car, the garage, etc. I stopped the arches figuring that I'd overdone it. Yet 4 days later i was still wobbly legged. Visited my Dr and she said flat feet aren't as big as an issue as trying to force the muscles that know how to walk to not and forcing the muscles that don't know how to walk into trying. She ran several tests to be sure I didn't have MS or some other illness. Tests were good. Now am focusing on cardio and strength work that are easy on my joints to lose the weight. I'm embracing my flat feet. The strained muscles will take 2 to 4 weeks to forgive me. These arches are not a terrible product but they may be a product you don't really need. If you do feel the need, start small, both in height and duration of wear. Don't be an idiot like I was.

excellent pain reliever
I have flat feet and because of that have negligible longitudinal arch; as a result have forefoot pain or should I say chronic discomfort periodically for past few years. I tried this for my pain; discomfort has become bearable that I can walk without issues. However, I also take one Advil especially after meal and with plenty of fluids. They have provided 3 sizes of gel insets to be put, and I use medium size. Regarding washing, take out gel insert and hand wash and let it AIR DRY only.

High arch
Helped the first day of use. I did strap it on too tight and irritated the top of my foot but my heel pain was better after one use of supporting my high arch. It is hard to got into certain shoes depending on how they are made

LOVE!!!
I love these braces! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. With "L" inserts, I am standing straight and I can feel my left leg is now in the correct position in my hip socket. My pain and discomfort not just in my feet but all over my body I had been feeling for years are now almost all gone.I am 5'1". If you are a big person, "L" might not be enough for you.I wear them over socks. Wearing them directly irritates my skin. Then sneakers. Too bulky for dress shoes. But I take "pain free" over dressing up.

Real Pain Relief!!!
I'm a singer. I'm on my feet A LOT. I dance for entire shows. My foot pain really bad about 3 years ago. I stopped wearing heels (especially stilettos). I haven't like a lot of orthotic inserts because they don't offer enough arch support for me (I have NO arches). These are specifically to target that issue. I wore them for a show. Feet felt great all night. And NO pain the next day like usual. I've recommended these to some arch-less friends.

Fantastic Support
Brought these after suffering pain in the sole of my foot for over two months due to persistent running, which prevented me doing the one thing i enjoy. I tried resting and rolling my foot on a golf ball which helped, however when i tried to run it would flair up again. Any runner knows that when you have any sort of injury that prevents you from running for a prolonged period of time is really frustrating. So i decided i needed to invest in something designed to aid the injury i have. First time i wore these straps and even now they are slightly uncomfortable for the first 20 or 30 minutes but that's something you quickly get used to. These straps are brilliant, i am now running without any pain or flair up and you can feel the support they give. Can't highly recommend these enough.

Progressive arch support
My fallen arch is only slight. One of the problems I know is that arch supports can at first be uncomfortable to wear: they feel in use like a large lump under the foot arch. This arch support comes with 6 gel inserts; 2 small, 2 medium, and 2 large. I've started with the small size inserts and I haven't found wearing a problem, even with all day use. I'm now onto the medium support for everyday use and haven't found the transition at all uncomfortable. I've tried for a short period with the large inserts and I think they will ultimately provide sufficient support for my arch problem. I wear the support under socks without any problem and because I am able to adjust the fit around the foot with the velcro strapping I find the support remains properly positioned all day.

Great idea but not quite right
I have completely flat feet gives me ankle, knee and hip problems making walking for any length of time uncomfortable at best. Figured I’d try these as they are supposed to help. I’d tried fully silicone bands but found the band itself too tight so I thought I’d try these as they are adjustable.First thing I noticed is how small the silicone supports are not just in how deep the wedge is though personally I could do with at least an xl to make my ankles stop turning but mostly in how small an area they actually support is.The other ones I tried while not deep enough or on a comfortable band actually covered all of the area that needs the support. I’ve tried to show the difference in the picture. Also the smallest which I don’t understand how that size is supposed to do anything one of them has a tear in it so probably wouldn’t survive long but that’s the one I used in the picture.Anyway because they don’t support the whole area it’s kinda like stepping on a bouncy ball not agony but definitely not comfortable for my first few steps so I’m not sure I’d get much use from them. Also the point that I found best to strap them on leaves the the band velcroed wonky to make the right tension that it doesn’t moveBasically great idea poor execution

FANTASTIC FOOT SUPPORT !!!
I am so pleased with this purchase, I have a " dodgie " bone in my foot near my ankle, I like to do a lot of walking but as a result of this bone, I haven't been able to do much, even shopping was limited but since I purchased these supports I don't get any pain in the side of my foot now, they are fantastic supports, ease the pain and I am able to walk so much better now. One thing's for sure......I won't be without them again. Thank you !!!!!

REALLY REALLY GOOD
Have tried almost every other way to help with my foot pain which has been uncomfortable and expensive, but these little, inexpensive supports are amazing. I am a post lady who suffered a major stroke at the age of 24 and at age 46 have been trying to get support for my feet which actually worked so the pain would be alleviated. Work have sent me to orthopaedic specialists (who video the way I walked, which is not good as although I have recoved well my right side is still slower than my left, causing my walk to be uneven) when the nhs couldn't supply anything that help in the long term. I brought these a couple of months ago and have used them daily with hope that they would help long term and they have. My feet still swell but the pain from the heel, arch, sole and ball has been greatly reduced to the point I'm taking a lot less painkillers.
