When my order first arrived it only contained one box not 2 as advertised. I contacted the seller who replied immediately and promptly sent the other box with a personal handwritten note of apologies and a lovely selection of samples of their other teas which I greatly appreciated. You can't say fairer than that when mistakes happen. As to the tea itself : I love this tea. It is not a strong flavour and I personally find it quite pleasant tasting. It is not sweet or bitter quite neutral. I love that it is a good way to add vitamins to your diet and it gives me a gentle lift when I'm feeling sluggish. I'm really looking forward to trying the other samples especially the sleep easy ones. Thank you Tea Plus.
