I had been eyeing this radio for months as a full-featured kitchen radio to replace an old satellite radio that was dying and costing too much in subscription fees anyway. It looked like it would sound good and I wanted the built-in Bluetooth, and especially the AirPlay so I could sync up the tunes with my other Airplay speakers. Then, my old radio gave up the ghost and I bit the bullet on this... while I was waiting I plugged in an Amazon Echo dot, and while it sounded like doo-doo, it was a dream to use. Hands-free control, simply ask it to play NPR or any station on Sirius, or any of my Spotify playlists and I was good to go. Was very eager to get this and get the same experience, but in a better looking and sounding packages - and Airplay support. Long story short - this thing is garbage and doesn't support many of the services it claims to on the product page (and even in the instructions).The first failing is the required app and initial set-up. The app crashes reliably after about 10 or 15 seconds. EVERY TIME. So every set-up step was a race against the clock, but I figured once I got it on the WiFi and paired with my Amazon account I would rarely need the app. No such luck; the second and most fatal failing is that the radio, despite it's claims, does not support Spotify through Alexa. It works on my other Alexa devices, but on this one I only get the message "Spotify is not supported". Same for Sirius, and I wouldn't be surprised if there are other services that don't work properly. I contacted the company and they told me "thanks for buying from ggmm it does not support to play spotify via alexa voice commend, but you can stream music from the spotify app to the speaker."I will say that AirPlay did seem to work, but it's just not worth it for me to use only as a bluetooth and airplay speaker - I listen to the news during the day and it is basically impossible to do without keeping your phone attached via bluetooth.Through the process of attempting to get this thing to work I realized also that the push-to-speak button is not great. After using an echo dot for a week it is clear that having the mic be always on makes for a much better experience. In the kitchen especially it is a pain to go over to the radio, hit the button, and then speak a command. If that command doesn't work, you have to hit the button again, and so on... you can't just casually tell the speaker to turn the volume up or change the music. I prefer the always-on/mute button configuration.Basically - if you want this radio only for bluetooth, airplay, and limited Alexa control, then maybe it's ok. I wouldstrongly caution against it though. For me, this was the best advertisement for a SONOS I've seen.

WiFi works but make sure you are close to your access point. There are times when the unit forgets all its settings. Airplay works very well when setup. Like the Ford Model T, you can have it in any color as long as it is black. Tried numerous times to get white but was sent black ones several times.

I love the design and sound quality and when it works, it pairs nicely with other speakers on my network. The rub is that it is constantly losing wi-fi connection and then announcing loudly whenever it reconnects. Multiple factory resets and no change. And I can’t get any input from the company support lines.

This is the best sound of speaker ever . Very high quality sound , and easy to use . I love it.After buying one , I bought another 3 .

I purchased 3 to connect and listen to music. The problem I had was the app didn't work so I was never able to use the product like I wanted so I returned them.

wifi speaker can stream internet music and international radio, besides Bluetooth, sound is okay for most middle and low range frequency, it is not portable, must plug in.
