I really enjoyed this book, it was well written with many twists throughout. It will definitely keep you wondering what’s happening next.

Would recommend and will look for others by this author
I have not quite finished but can give a review. This is he first time I have read this author and am very impressed. The story line keeps you guessing all the time and then turns towards the end. Would recommend and will look for others by this author.

Brilliant.
I love Susan Lewis's books and once again this didn't disappoint - I always look forward to her books and I have to sit and read every minute I get when I have one of her books. It was sad and the characters so real.

Not only sun and song on the coast of England.............with the search for young Sophie who has disappeared..........
The young girl who has gone...disappeared from her home and cut off contact with her father and step-mother......has come to the attention of a lady detective, who has only sad memories of her own young sister who disappeared at the same age seven years before. She insists on treating the case with all seriousness.......and follows all possible traces in her search for Sophie. It is more than a detective story, with several families playing their parts........and various business showing up in London, on the coast and over into Europe.........

This was very creepy. The husband was easy to hate and the ending was amazing. All in all a good read.

I thought this was a good read, however I don't think it was one of her best books. I normally love her books,found this one a bit tedious.

An excellent reflection of life
An unusual storyline, or is it? It is an unfolding story of life as it is today, with a Detective's, come crime writer's perspective. From the offset the book is interesting and makes you want to read on. There is no base use of language or innuendo which is quite refreshing. This a book I would recommend and will certainly look for more by Susan Lewis. Thank you for a good read and very realistic tear jerker ending😊

Yet again Susan Lewis another fantastic read
I have read all of Susan Lewis' books and once started find them very hard to put down!!!! An amazing story about families and their secrets because you can never know what goes on behind closed doors. Thank you Susan for another unforgettable read

another good read from Susan Lewis
This is a book that moved me to tears . Whether it was for the characters in the story or because it linked in to personal memories of loss I'm not sure . What I do know is that it was another carefully crafted story that I wanted to keep on reading . It was a careful mix of sadness honesty and despair and makes us wonder what we would do if circumstances led us down the same path . You can almost feel the pain of each of the characters and slightly understand how they got there . Being able to move a reader is a true skill that Susan Lewis does so well .

Fantastic
This is the first book of 5 in the Andes Lawrence series and it didn’t disappoint at all. I can’t wait to read the next book now
