I use coconut oil every morning after I have my breakfast. I swallow 2pills with a glass of water which gives me energy for the whole day. I love it !

Luckily I only took these supplements for 2-3 weeks ,and I say luckily because it almost killed me.. Caused all the glands in my neck to swell up and gave me major kidney and liver issues. My Pee smelled horrible for 2 months till I was ale to flush this highly toxic crap out of my system. Had to go to the doctor and get blood work done to find out that this was in fact the product causing all my issues. Stay far away from this stuff if you cherish your life!! The package claims specific ingredients but to tell you the truth anything could be in this stuff, Just saying be cautious because I dont want to see anyone else end up in the hospital like I did!!

What I most likely about this product is that it helps you lose weight. Lost a couple of pounds by drinking this while I work. Would recommend this to people that dont have time to go to the gym and want to lose weight this is the way to go.
