One Love (Marley)

Yes, Yes, and Yes. Such a wonderful and positive book.

I purchased this book One Love for my baby cousin birthday party he turned two… I remember that Bob Marley daughter writes children books and I had purchased one of Marleys books earlier in the year his mom told me it’s his favorite book he pulls it off the book shelf everytime, so I decided to get him another Marley book to enjoy! The illustrations are awesome and the diversity of color is strong sending him the correct message early God made us all we all belong here.. Great buy for children!

I always recommend Cedella Marley’s books!My one year old loves when we sing along to the book, very happy with this purchase.

What a great way to introduce your toddler to Bob Marley …all the lyrics to the song..I believe she ( his daughter has put out three books now) so fun to bring reggae to life for the kiddos …brings me back to a more relaxed time, no computers, no cell phones, vinyl records it was perfect !!

My little one loves this book! She got it from her hippie aunt along with a little tambourine for her first birthday. Up to this point she had mostly been attracted to simple animal books (Dear Zoo, Where's Spot, etc) so I thought it would take her time to grow into this one but she loves it! I think she thinks of this as her puppy book because when she sees it she does the sign for dog (She has learned a bunch of signs from the Baby Signing Time DVD series, which I also highly recommend). She does a different sign for each page that she does on her own -blowing kisses, dog, tree, birds, bees, reaching out for my hand when the kids hold hands, drumming the tambourine at the feel the beat part like the girl in the book, etc. We love how into it she gets plus we can sing along to parts of it too since it is based on the One Love song that everyone is familiar with. It's a cool kids book with a great message and I hope we get the other book by the author (Cedella Marley, Bob Marley's daughter) soon.

I purchased this for a baby shower and it was a big hit. The book is super cute and great way to teach inclusivity at a young age!

This book has great illustrations - full of interesting and colorful detail, which makes us go back to it again and again, studying each page as the story goes by.The text itself doesn't really work well as a story, and the illustrations tell a story of their own.

I’ve purchased this numerous times now to add to a baby shower gift or as a gift for any child under 4. It’s a great book, great message, and the illustrations are excellent. Also a good sturdy board book.

I came across this book while searching for a timeless gift for a friend's child. The pictures pop to life even though its not glossy paper. The words are very nice even though they are not 100% like the song. It is the kind of item that you wont get bored reading for the little one, and an older child would appreciate. I honestly love this book so much I wish I could get it for so many of my friends children and my child's Kita and church group. Sadly I live in Berlin and all of the children speak German. If anyone reading this has a contact with the author can you please convince her to write a german version

Beautiful book, a wonderful gift

This Book is one my fav. Illustrations are amazing, vivid colors, cutest drawings, the story is easy and the text are impronted on the famous marley’s song. I love the book and I am going to get also the other one from Cedella Marley.
