I have a few pens that utilize Parker Style refills (and Fisher Space Pen and Rite in the Rain with included adapters) and have lately been looking for less expensive refill alternatives. I decided to order these because they were well rated, at a fair price, and the Germans tend to make good stuff. So far one or these refills has been installed in an Atomic Bear SWAT pen and was used for a couple of shifts at an outdoor job in January weather. The ink is of a good shade of blue, flows well, dries quickly and seems to be working well and as advertised. These refills are not pressurized and won’t write upside down or on damp paper like Rite in The Rain or Fisher Space Pens. However they are great for normal daily writing tasks in the office and/or on the job. Package arrived on time and in good condition, and I also like the price point on these. So far so good. I would recommend and do plan on purchasing again in the future.

These refills fit the Parker style pen perfectly. The tips are well protected for shipping or storage. Both the blue and black ink write smoothly the first time. No leaking. No skipping.

These are ok. They write fine enough and don't seem to skip at all. The ink dries down pretty quickly, so I haven't had any smudging. They are not quite as smooth as parker and are a darker blue ink than parker. I prefer the lighter, bolder blue rather than this darker navy but it serves it's purpose. The quality is there and it fit in perfectly to my pens, so there is no issue with compatibility. It is more of a preference of feel and looks regarding ink color. Good value.

I’ve used these refills before without any problems. I have a full and rather large collection of Parker Pens made in the US circa 60’s and 70s with a few from the 80s and 90s. I have avoided collecting the ones from the UK and the French ones are generally low grade. Yes, it has to do with these refills. The company has change hands multiple times and now the supposed French company manufactures many of their pens in India. I recently had a brain cramp buying the Quink flow replacements for a whopping price, thinking I was getting the high quality stuff with a package saying “by order of Her Majesty the Queen in Lichfield”. All royal England packaging. It’s a farce. They were shipped from India. I have used them before without knowing that they were made in India because earlier packages were shipped straight from Amazon. Foolish me. Right after I bought them, they doubled in price. They have seemed to work OK but why buy chancy quality from India at quadruple the price of Unibene, which come with sealed tips and write smoothly? It’s a no brainer. They have been working for me. Some customers are complaining here about them flowing heavily and ink building on the tips. I have not watched for that so far. Others are complaining that the length of the refills don’t match Parker pens. The ones I got are identical in size. If they fail on me, I will update this review.

They fit perfectly and write smoothly. Coated tip so there is no rush to use them before they dry out.

I was searching for gel-ink refills These snuck in - they are ordinary ballpoint ink good enough for what they, but not what I wanted. Now we have to spend time reading the fine print!
