Go to a bookstore!!! Look at the binding before you buy
Binding was falling apart when we got it. Absolutely horrible. I am having to tape the interior of the pages together and a rubber band around the entire book so I do not lose pages.I would have returned it but I needed it for school.I don't know if this is a publishing issue or a seller issue but this should not be called a book. It should be sold as "few hundred pages of loose leaf information"

I dropped this book off at USPS weeks ago. It should have made it back to you by now. I have received three emails telling me to return it. I was not provided a tracking code and there is absolutely no way to contact you. This is awful customer service and if there is any additional charge for this after I went weeks early just to make sure it would make it back to you on time, I will be furious.

Today is my first time to open this textbook after ...
Today is my first time to open this textbook after taking it out of packaging and down the middle the whole back is not even glued onto the pages anymore. This is not some wear and tear, this is a major problem because I have to be extra careful not to turn a page too hard or it will unglue even more.
