Outstanding product -- I needed a place to feed my skinny cats at their leisure, feed my handicapped kitten, and keep my fat cat on a diet. This works GREAT -- skinny cats love to play all over and jump up to the top house to feed when they are hungry; fat cat has a food timer next to the whole setup to feed her limited diet: she can't jump up and too fat to really want to go into the small house below, and the handicapped kitten gets fed canned food on the first level (she's learning where the food is still). Great solid product... it's rather large (we put in the basement - works out great), easy to put together, If you are a real cat lover - this is definitely a good investment. I have house rabbits too, and once things are set up for them near this condo - I think they will enjoy jumping on it and in the houses.The fleece covering I'm sure will have to be replaced at some point - its not the highest quality: this is my only "complaint" if you can call it that, but it's good enough. The product came quickly and fully intact.

item arrived with missing and broken parts

My cat thinks that he is a dog. I swear he does. He loves to chew things, including my furniture. I don't think I have any table, dresser, nightstand or any other piece of furniture that the cat does not chew on. Solution... this kitty tree. It is huge, and don't let the "fur" thing scare you. I was afraid it would be that cheap fur covering, but its not. It is a very thick nice fur that looks better than the rug covering you expect in cat houses. The cats love it. Both of my guys climb all over it. It is especially amusing to see the one cat who gets on the top of the second cat house layer where he can get to the rope and runs himself on circles while laying on his side.I've written to the seller and asked about replacement pieces since my guy is a chewer... waiting to hear on that but overall, we love it... the kitties love it, and it has saved my home!Good delivery, and a nice touch was the note from the seller. They do genuinely seem to care that you purchased from them. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again. Do yourself and your kitties a favor and buy this one.

Our kittens love this gym. This is the second one we purchased. The kittens truly love to climb up to the topmost platforms and scratch at the posts. Without this cat tree, we probably would have had to declaw. Not only do our kittens love this gym, but our little dogs enjoy sleeping in the condos and playing on the platforms as well. We bought this item twice, and each time the Vendor we bought from shipped the items extremely fast, no problems. It isn't very difficult to assemble, but you do have to be patient and see that all the lettered pieces are assembled properly according to the included instructions. Everything needed for assembly is provided. It takes about an hour. This cat gym is a terrific way to say to your cat or kitten, "I love you!"Sincerely,Joe

I love this cat tree, and the brand in particular. Armarkat makes the sturdiest trees and all the poles are large with the sisal rope covering the entire pole. I have had maybe three Armarkat trees over the past 20 years. I love that you can order replacement parts on their website too. This tree is the largest one they make and if you have room for it, it's definitely worth it. My cats love it.

I had just started moving when I ordered this. It arrived on May 8 but I wasn't able to get to it until today. I am missing half the parts. I got 3 flat panels and 7 sisal covered posts and that is all. No hardware, no instructions and half the pieces missing. It seems like there should be another box included that I didn't get. And I can't return it now. What a waste of money.

I have just replaced this condo after 6 1/2 years hard use by four large cats (12-16 lbs). They loved it and it was almost constantly in use. The cons are the white fabric which shows dark cat hair and you can't get it off. The rope of the scratching posts does not last if one if the cats decided to use it frequently. And (what caused me to replace it) the support board for the upper condo cracked where it supported the right upper platform's post. All in all, it was worth every dime.

The product came well packed, the instruction were simple, the photo cannot do the product justice. For the price I couldn't imagine the unit could be sturdy or well made. Due to the nature of my profession I don't take chances for the most part. But, because I have to date never purchased anything yet from amazon that didn't fully explain the product I went for it. The unit was as large as we wanted made very well, and sturdy. We have a Macon cat already 14 pounds 14 months old and leaps to the next to top level and the unit does not sway.

Unfortunately, this particular model was incomplete during assembly as it was missing 10 parts. Customer service was quick to deliver another, but the second time around prove to be the same issue. I suggested to CS they get in touch with the manufacturer and sort out the matter. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen to other customers.

came broken 2 x made cheaply with bad pressed wood but the cats really like it. A bit unsturdy. Very big make sure it will fit in your space. But again my cats really like it.

I love it. The fuzzies love it. Was a great pre Christmas gift for them. I put it up last night and they slept on it all night. I am sooo happy I bought this for them.
