It's excellent for the price. Easy to put together. The cats absolutely act like it is the best thing ever. They play with the goofy little balls so much that they continually rip them off. I just put on new elastic and put them back up. The cats like being up high and have stopped jumping all over the other furniture and scratching on it. Of course rubbing the cat tree with catnap helped some. The one short platform on the tree is a little wobbly. I have considered just taking it off, it's low so they don't use it except to jump to the next level anyway.

UPDATE: We've had this for a few months now and the only thing I can report negative is that the smallest, bottom post has come loose. My kitty is a healthy 15 lb girl and loves to jump/launch herself off of that lower post, plus it is the one she sharpens her claws on the most. There really is no way to tighten the post as it is pressed cardboard, however my husband MacGyver'd a tie-down system that is holding it in place.Otherwise, it is well constructed, is very easy to assemble and has a wide, sturdy base - important as my 15 pound cat loves to make running jumps onto the higher platforms. My cat took an instant liking to the tree and uses the scratching posts all the time, rather than my furniture. The attached toys are very attractive to her and she likes to snooze on the top.

This is my third or fourth Armarkat condo. I love the products, and so do my cats—the condos are sturdy and well-made. This one gets three stars because it's the first one that's poorly designed. A cat sitting on the top perch (and as we all know, the top perch is always the favorite) has trouble getting down because the platform is awkwardly positioned. Neither of my cats has an easy time of it, and both are young, agile, and healthy. My previous Armarkat condo didn't have that problem. I should have bought the same model a second time.

I have bought Armarkat cat trees in the past and they hold up very well. What I really like is that if needed, I could buy a replacement part which I hadn't been able to do with a competitor's tree. Also, the competitor tree's sisal pole was shredded within a year by my cats but the Armarkat's wasn't.

I got this for our 4-year-old cat who kept attacking the rugs. My 19-year-old son assembled it quickly and easily. He then sprinkled catnip all over it to attract the cat, who took an instant liking to it! Cat used to sleep in our bed every night and now prefers the Condo, especially in the "cave" as we call it. We got a kitten for Christmas who also loves it, sleeps in the cave too and likes to perch on the very top and look down on everything. Scratching posts seem to be enjoyable. My only complaint is the stretchy string holding the ball that hangs from the top perch broke after just a couple of days. We replaced it with the one included with the condo so we'll see how long that ones lasts. Also, the perch that attaches to the bottom is a little rickety. All-in-all a decent product.

Simply outstanding. The cat loves it and hasn't stopped playing on it since I set it up. I would recommend a sturdier cord for the little fuzzy ball since the cat has been able to pull it down twice but the extra ball is a nice touch and it will be a while before my cat can destroy it.

The cats love it, including my 18 pound boy. Neither one has tried the top perch, but they use all the other levels. FYI, my 18 pound monster can fit inside the little "cave."

This is the first cat tree we have ever owned and our babies just love it. The construction is sturdy, the instructions are very clear and easy to understand, and I will say that again, clear and easy to understand, it only took about a half hour to put it together. The components are very well made and covered appropriately with no raw edges as seen on other trees. The other feature I liked is that replacement parts can be ordered. Our boys love it and launch themselves from the second level daily. Whenever we do not know where they are we find them on the top level. I hope they have years of use from it. We and they are very pleased with our purchase.

I have a Maine coon kitten and the breeder recommended this brand as it needed to be string and sturdy and she wasn't wrong. It's very tall and has enough compartments to keep her busy. And she loves it. It's perfect for her scratching, climbing, hiding. She loves it

Easy to put together, solid and stable, the cats love it and it is strong enough to take all three cats at the same time!

Der Kratzbaum ist sehr massiv und gut verarbeitet. Unsere beiden Maine Coones lieben ihn sehr und haben ihn sofort in Beschlag genommen. Auch der Kater mit fast 12 Kilo klettert gerne auf ihn, auf die oberste Plattform geht aber nur das Mädchen (circa 7 Kilo).Nein, die Katzen sind nicht fett, nur sehr groß ;-) Ich nenne das Gewicht nur, weil wir Coonie Besitzer oft Probleme haben, geeignete Möbel für unsere Riesen zu finden. Der Aufbau ging absolut problemlos. Ich hoffe nun, dass wir lange Zeit diesen schönen Kratzbaum genießen können.
